Some of us embrace change, while others are barely able to tolerate it. Regardless, change is an inescapable part of life that can be frightening for many for a variety of reasons. This course will draw upon the image of The Tower card and some of its messages as a reference in looking at change from a more spiritual perspective. We will also explore the importance of strengthening our foundation so that we are better able to stand strong during times that test our mettle. This course is from the Wiccan perspective, but all relationships are welcome and honored.

This guided meditation invites you to attune to your root chakra for strengthening your foundation. It can be performed at any time, and it can be especially meaningful when preparing for any anticipated shifts.
