I invite you to close your eyes as you take several deep breaths.
This meditation can be done in nature or indoors in any way that works best for you in connecting with the moon.
The new moon is a time of starting over.
And while the moon isn't visible in the sky at this time,
We know it is there,
Making it one of the best times to draw into our existence.
What we know is there,
Or coming,
But cannot yet see.
This is most definitely a time of new beginnings.
With this meditation,
I invite you to take several deep breaths.
As you do,
Imagine new beginnings with each inhale,
And releasing what no longer serves you with each exhale.
Do this for a few moments,
Mindfully and peacefully.
As we meditate together,
Under a dark,
Moonless sky,
Envision a tendril of light rising inside yourself.
See this light rising and rising and rising as an affirmation of new beginnings that are yet to come.
Keep your breath slow and steady as you set your intentions.
The moon is showing its dark side tonight,
But inside me shines a bright light.
New beginnings soon to come.
Set in motion by the boon of the moon.
Feel the refreshing new start.
Feel enveloped by love and light.
Bathe in calmness and clarity while the moon carries your new start into fruition on its journey to fullness.
At your own pace,
Begin to invite subtle movements into your fingers and toes.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes.
Return,
Feeling refreshed and empowered.
