Come into a comfortable position for you,
Be it sitting or lying down,
Close your eyes.
Allow your neck,
Eyes,
And shoulders to soften.
Take several deep breaths.
Inhale happiness.
Exhale what no longer serves you.
Keep your focus on your breath.
As you visualize a body of water washing your stress and cares away.
Imagine that you are floating on a raft in that body of water.
Your intuition tells you that you are safe and protected.
So take a few moments to trust yourself.
As you do so,
I have some wonderful news for you,
My dear friend.
You are so loved.
The universe holds all of us in its hands.
Just as you are imagining floating in water right now.
Relax.
Breathe.
We often feel difficulty in finding time for ourselves.
But that's not the case right now.
This is your time.
As the universe continues to support you,
And as the waves gently caress and guide you,
I invite you to spend some time concentrating on your inner greatness.
Realize that you matter,
That you're supported,
And that you're very loved.
Keep your focus on your breath.
Welcome the feeling of being supported.
And recognize that this support is because you are so loved.
It's sometimes challenging to connect with this aspect in the mundane world.
But the universe is constantly lifting you up with the elements of earth,
Air,
Fire,
Water,
And spirit.
Because you are one with the universe,
You have the gifts of inner greatness and peace.
You are amazing.
At your own pace,
Invite subtle movements into your fingers and toes.
Begin to slowly open your eyes,
Still feeling relaxed and connected to your inner peace.
Take another deep breath,
Realizing that this meditation has no expiration date.
You are free to channel this calmness and reflection whenever you wish.
