The Seven Pillars Of Spiritual Health

With Ilia Grace

This seven-day course offers seven practical tools to help you deepen your spiritual health. Each one is simple enough to grab onto whenever you really want to use it. Each day explores one pillar: Day 1 -- Finding more presence and quieting a busy mind Day 2 -- Appreciating everything as a daily gratitude practice Day 3 -- Letting go of what we can't control Day 4 -- Interrupting the story of our unworthiness and coming home to our own self worth Day 5 -- Trusting the universe when we can't see what's next Day 6 -- Uprooting the beliefs that hold us back Day 7 -- Planting new seeds for who you want to become These aren't big goals or ideals meant for you to learn and then tuck away in a drawer. They're practices to be applied in your life, in your own practice, and so that you can deepen your spiritual health. And they're here so you can grab onto one to feel better during your morning practice, every day, or all through the day. There is no right order, and each practice stands on its own. Each pillar adds something unique and valuable to your own spiritual practice.

Letting Go

English

Lesson 1

Find More Presence

Half the time, our minds are somewhere other than where we are, and a wandering mind tends to be a less happy one. Day one is about coming back. You will learn three simple ways to return to the present moment, using your senses, your breath, and a short affirmation, along with a way to weave presence through your whole day. Presence is the ground the other six practices are built on.

Lesson 2

Appreciate Everything

Appreciation may be the most powerful practice there is. Day two shows you how shifting your attention to something you truly appreciate can change how you feel in a moment, and how that shift changes the way you show up and what comes toward you. You will also meet a simple idea for feeling your way into what you want, rather than chasing after it.

Lesson 3

Let Go

Letting go is admitting we do not have it all figured out, and handing the reins to something greater. Day three is about loosening your grip on how, when, where, and who, so life can bring you something you never could have planned. You will look at small, doable ways to let go, and why new and different is where growth, discovery, and wonder live.

Lesson 4

Interrupt Unworthiness

Our thoughts shape our lives, but that idea only helps once we believe we are worthy of good things. Day four is about interrupting the old story of unworthiness and coming home to a simple truth: your value is inherent. You do not have to earn it. You will get three practical ways to start living from that truth, including affirmations and learning to set boundaries.

Lesson 5

Trust The Universe

Trusting the universe looks like walking in faith and being okay with not knowing how something will turn out. Day five explores following your intuition over pure logic, using Thomas Troward's two simple ways to recognize your inner voice. You will also be invited to begin a short silent meditation practice, the most direct way to grow your trust over time.

Lesson 6

Uproot The Weeds

Uprooting the weeds means digging into the patterns that quietly hold us back. Day six teaches stream-of-consciousness flow writing, a way of writing so freely and privately that what is buried can finally surface. Starting from one honest question, you write like no one will ever read it, and you may be surprised by what comes up.

Lesson 7

Plant New Seeds

Planting new seeds is setting intentions for what you want to do, have, or become. Day seven shows why vision boards often fail because we watch from the sidelines, and how to get in the game instead by living your intention now. You will learn the BIF method for stepping into the feeling of your wish fulfilled, and receive the LAF IT UP acronym so you can carry all seven pillars with you every day.
