Focus
In this class, we will explore the several meditative anchors to be predetermined and used during the personal meditation practice, embracing both endogenous and exogenous focuses. Enjoy your meditations, enjoy life with meditation!

Intention
In this last class, we will explore the importance of bringing an intention to the personal meditation practice, from the perspective of meditation therefore something that goes beyond a mentally defined quantifiable objective. Enjoy your meditations, enjoy life with meditation!
