How To Stop Choosing The Same Relationship In Different People

With Stacey Bennington | Psychotherapist & Coach

If you have ever looked up from a relationship and realized you are somehow in the exact same dynamic you swore you were done with, this course is for you. The faces change, but the feelings are the same. The arguments are different, but the wound underneath is identical. This is not bad luck, and it is not a character flaw. It is your nervous system doing exactly what it was designed to do. In this course, you will learn why we are drawn to familiar emotional experiences even when they are painful, how your attachment patterns drive your attraction, and what it actually takes to start choosing differently at the subconscious level where the pattern lives.

Having walked her own path of healing a fearful avoidant attachment style, she brings both clinical depth and lived experience to her work. Her approach blends attachment theory, nervous system regulation, hypnotherapy, and subconscious reprogramming, meeting the mind in the deeply receptive states where lasting change takes root. Her meditations, sleep tracks, and mini courses are designed to help you feel seen in your patterns, understand where they began, and gently rewire those patterns at the root, so you can move through your relationships and your life with more security, calm, and confidence.

Lesson 3

What You Are Actually Looking For (And Where the Search Goes Wrong)

Underneath every relational pattern is a legitimate need that has never quite been met. This lesson explores what we are really searching for in our relationships, why the search keeps leading us back to the same place, and how to start orienting toward what we actually need rather than what feels familiar.

Lesson 4

Recognizing the Pattern in Real Time

Understanding your pattern intellectually is very different from being able to catch it in the moment when attraction is pulling you forward. This lesson gives you practical tools for recognizing when you are being drawn toward familiar rather than healthy, so you can make a more conscious choice.

Lesson 5

How to Start Choosing Differently

Breaking a deeply ingrained relational pattern requires more than good intentions. It requires updating the subconscious template that has been driving your choices. This final lesson gives you a practical framework for beginning to choose differently, not just in who you pick but in how you show up so that something genuinely new becomes possible.
