The subconscious mind shapes our thoughts, behaviours and experiences every day—and the wonderful news is that we do have the power to change it. Throughout this course, you'll discover how your subconscious mind works, how it became programmed, and how to gently transform limiting beliefs and patterns that may be holding you back. Over the course of 21 short, bite-sized video lessons, you'll: • Learn how your subconscious mind works and how it becomes programmed. • Understand how to gently transform limiting beliefs and subconscious patterns. • Discover simple, practical subconscious mind hacks you can start using straight away in everyday life. • Learn how to work with your mind, rather than against it, to create lasting change from the inside out. • Begin to feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of the direction your life is taking. This course isn't about forcing change—it's about understanding your mind, gently working with it, and allowing transformation to happen naturally over time. Each lesson builds on the last, so I recommend moving through the course one day at a time. You can always come back to revisit the practices that resonate most with you. Meet your Teacher

Heather Deane is a meditation teacher, certified hypnotherapist and RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) practitioner with a passion for helping people understand and work with their subconscious mind. She began meditating at the age of 16 and has spent many years exploring the connection between the mind, emotions and wellbeing. Drawing on both professional training and personal experience, she combines neuroscience-informed concepts with practical tools that help people gently transform limiting beliefs and create lasting positive change. Heather has used these approaches in her own life to overcome anxiety, depression and severe chronic illness, experiences that deeply shaped her approach to healing and personal growth. She trained in RTT with Marisa Peer and is also certified in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Her teaching brings together meditation, hypnosis and subconscious mind techniques in a warm, compassionate and accessible way, empowering people to move towards greater confidence, freedom, inner peace and wellbeing.
