Music Hello,

My name is Heather.

Thank you for being here.

The following meditation is designed to guide you down into a deep state of relaxation to invite deep,

Healing sleep.

The first part will help you sink down and relax into this moment.

The second part is a series of powerful affirmations for self-love.

You can just let my words wash over you and allow yourself to drift off to sleep at any time.

The words will still enter your subconscious mind even if you're asleep and you will wake up feeling refreshed,

Energized and ready for a new day.

And you may be surprised by just how good you feel.

So before we begin,

I invite you to just settle in and get as comfortable as you possibly can,

Ready for relaxation and sleep.

Just one thing.

I don't want you to try to sleep.

I don't want you to try to do anything at all.

All you need to do is be here now with your attention resting gently on my voice and just let yourself relax.

If at any time you want to change your position to make yourself even more comfortable,

Please do so.

This is your time.

You are completely free and always in control.

What I'm about to ask you to do may sound a little strange,

But it has been scientifically proven that the action of rolling our eyeballs right up,

Almost as if we were looking up at our own eyebrows,

Creates little bursts of alpha brainwaves,

Which in turn leads us to feeling calmer,

More relaxed and more connected with ourselves.

You'll see babies naturally roll their eyes right up just before that blissful moment when they drift off to sleep.

You may not find the action of rolling your eyes up that comfortable,

But we're only going to do this for three breaths.

Then we'll relax the eyes completely and close them and your eyeballs can go anywhere they like.

If you should happen to find this too uncomfortable,

Please don't do it.

You can absolutely follow the rest of the meditation without this action if you prefer.

You can still do the three deep breaths with us.

Are you ready to try this with me?

So go ahead now and just roll your eyeballs right up as if you were looking up at your own eyebrows.

Keep your chin down and relaxed.

We're just moving the eyes.

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and breathe out.

We're going to do that again,

Keeping your eyes rolled up.

Take a second deep breath in and breathe out slowly.

Every time you blink,

That is deep relaxation coming upon you.

One last time with your eyes right up.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

That's perfect.

Now just let your eyes drift close,

Float closed.

Let your eyes relax completely and all the tiny muscles in and around your eyes let go,

Let loose.

And you're already feeling more and more relaxed.

That's wonderful.

You're doing so well.

Now just drop your chin very slightly,

Almost as if you were looking over a balcony or down a flight of stairs.

I want you to imagine that there are ten steps in front of you.

And these steps lead to a beautiful place where you feel completely relaxed,

Very peaceful and safe.

This could be a real place that you've visited or somewhere completely imagined.

Maybe it's a beach or a garden or absolutely anywhere you would love to be.

I'm going to guide you down the steps and you'll go deeper and deeper into a very pleasant state of relaxation.

You are completely safe and always in control.

You are free to bring yourself easily back to full consciousness at any time if you want or need to.

I want you to imagine you are moving on to step ten as you begin to feel more and more relaxed.

You can see your feet,

Hear your feet and even feel your feet moving on to step nine as you go even deeper into relaxation.

You're moving on to step eight,

Going deeper into this blissful awareness of yourself with every heartbeat.

You're taking step seven,

Feeling more and more relaxed as you focus on the sound of my voice.

You're taking step six,

Going deeper into this calm,

Peaceful state of awareness and it feels wonderful.

You're taking step five,

You're already halfway down and when you reach the bottom you'll be at least twice as relaxed as you are already.

You're taking step four,

As every muscle,

Every nerve lets loose and you go deeper.

You're taking step three,

Feeling incredibly calm and peaceful and maybe your arms or legs are starting to feel just a little heavier now.

You're taking step two,

Going deeper and deeper into relaxation.

You're taking step one,

Just go deeper,

Sink deeper,

Drift deeper and deeper into this blissful connection with yourself,

With your own inner peace.

And now that you're in this deep state of relaxation,

I wonder if you can just bring your attention to your hands.

Can you feel your hands?

Can you notice any sensations you may have in your hands?

Some people notice a tingling or numbness or maybe a heaviness in the hands and some people feel nothing at all and that's completely normal too.

There is no right or wrong way to feel.

However you experience this is the right way for you.

How about your feet?

Can you feel your feet?

Can you notice any tiny sensations in your feet?

A sort of aliveness perhaps?

Just see if you can feel your feet and notice how they feel.

In bringing your attention to your hands and feet in this way,

You're actually becoming more and more present.

You are more and more in your body where the magic of deep peaceful sleep can find you.

Maybe you notice that you're feeling even more relaxed now.

You are free in this space to drift off to a deep healing sleep whenever the time is right for you.

And in this deeply relaxed state,

Perhaps even drifting off to sleep already,

Your subconscious mind is open to new ideas and suggestions that it recognizes as being for your highest good.

I'm going to talk a little bit about the importance of self-love and how we sometimes move away from loving ourselves as we grow up.

Then I will give you some powerful healing affirmations to help bring you back to the natural state of loving yourself unconditionally,

Which is your divine birthright because you are so incredibly lovable and deserving of love.

The affirmations are intentionally repetitive because our subconscious mind learns by repetition.

Repetition allows us to create and reinforce new neural pathways for empowering self-beliefs.

You may consciously hear my words if you're not yet sleeping deeply,

But you don't need to listen.

You can just let your mind wander anywhere it wants to go.

The words will enter your subconscious mind and help bring you back to self-love and inner peace.

So just relax and let my words wash over you.

When you came into this world,

When you arrived on the planet as just a tiny baby,

You knew with unshakable conviction and absolute certainty that you were incredibly lovable and you were right.

You were the most wonderful,

Perfect little physical expression of bright new life.

You knew that you deserved love and the truth is that you still deserve love and you are still absolutely lovable,

Exactly as you are right now.

And somewhere,

At some time in the course of your life,

There may have been events that led you to wrongly believe that perhaps you were not quite so lovable as you originally believed.

Maybe it was something that somebody said to you.

Maybe it was something that somebody did.

You may have been treated badly in the past by someone or some people.

Maybe even by someone who was supposed to love you like a parent.

You didn't deserve that.

It wasn't your fault.

You are not responsible for what happened to you and that is not who you are.

You are love.

You are light.

You are peace and you are the capacity to overcome adversity.

You are strong.

You are bright.

You are powerful and whatever happened to you,

You have the power within you to heal and to return to that truth,

That knowledge,

That correct belief that you are absolutely lovable.

You are a beautiful,

Perfect,

Physical expression of Source energy.

You are a sacred,

Spiritual being and no matter what has happened to you in the past,

Nothing can take away from that truth.

Nothing you could ever do would make you unlovable in the eyes of Source.

You are love.

You deserve to be loved.

You deserve love right now from this moment and in every moment of your life.

You are so incredibly lovable.

You are perfect exactly as you are.

And you never need to try to be anything that you're not in order to deserve love because you are worthy of being loved exactly as you are right now.

And having love,

Being loved and giving love is a divine birthright that no one can ever take from you.

And the best way of inviting more love into your life is to accept that you are deserving of receiving love.

You do deserve love,

Starting with your own love for yourself.

It is safe for you to love.

It feels good for you to love.

Giving love to yourself is starting to feel like the most natural thing in the world.

And the more you begin to love yourself,

The more love you feel.

And the more love you feel,

The more love other people begin to show you.

And you absolutely love it.

You deserve this love.

You are worthy of this love and so you welcome it in with an open heart.

And as you begin to love yourself more and more,

With each day that you listen to this meditation,

You begin to find that you have so much more love to give to others.

Once you are overflowing with your own self-love,

You will find it brings you so much joy to give that love freely from your heart to other people.

To your friends and family.

To those you are close to.

And you will even find that you begin to feel more love for people you don't know so well.

Because as you begin to love yourself more,

You start to realise that everybody,

Everybody is deserving of love.

The more love we flow out into the world,

The more we see coming back to us.

So we enter into this cycle of giving and receiving love.

And you will notice that life effortlessly begins to get better and better.

Love flows through your experience easily and freely.

Just like the air you breathe.

You breathe in,

You breathe out.

You receive love,

You give love.

It's so easy and natural to you now.

You love the person you are today and you love who you are becoming.

You accept yourself exactly as you are right now.

Because you're beginning to recognise more and more just how wonderful you are.

You are perfect exactly as you are.

You are enough.

You are amazing.

You are infinitely lovable.

You have always been lovable.

You will always be lovable.

You are love.

You are unique and gifted.

The universe wants you here.

You belong here right now.

You are exactly where you're meant to be.

You are so special.

You're amazing.

You have unique gifts to share.

You feel inspired and motivated to share your gifts.

You are powerful.

You matter.

You are important.

You are an important part of the universe.

You are free.

You are kind.

You are so smart.

You are safe.

You are in control of your life.

You have all the time you need to do everything that is important to you.

You are enough exactly as you are.

You have always been enough.

You will always be enough.

You're already whole.

You are complete.

You have everything you need.

All the answers you will ever need are already inside you.

This recording is coming to an end and if you haven't already done so,

When I count down from 10 to 1 in a moment,

You will drift off to the most blissful,

Peaceful,

Healing sleep.

When you wake up,

You will be feeling refreshed,

Revitalised,

Re-energised and so excited to start a new day.

You will feel amazing.

You will feel so happy and at the same time calm and ready to handle anything life sends your way.

You are confident and you remember easily how wonderful you are.

You are unique and deeply lovable exactly as you are.

Nine.

Eight.

Seven.

Six.

Five.

Four.

I've listened to this many times now and it always puts me to sleep in a high frequency. I don't like doing the eye exercise, but like you said it's only 3 breaths and I think its doing something 😅. Your voice is so sweet.🩷. Thank you🙏

This is really different to my usual yoga Nidra go-tos, in a good way. The first go my sleep headphones cut it off before I was asleep - I must have been so relaxed really quickly. Last night I didn't reach the end, but a little later was woken by traffic. Looking forward to a 100% success tonight! Thank you ☺️
