Hello and welcome to this first ever video meditation.
My name is Heather Dean.
I've been a meditation teacher since 2022 and I'm so happy and excited that you're with me for this next part of the adventure.
Thank you for being here.
So our first practice today is going to be a morning meditation to manifest the beautiful life that you desire and so deserve.
So the best time to practice this is first thing in the morning as you're just waking up.
There's a window in between sleep and full waking consciousness when your brain is naturally in a theta state and so more open and receptive to suggestions.
So perhaps you're still lying comfortably in bed that's wonderful or if you prefer you can sit up in an upright position but just make sure your shoulders are nice and down and relaxed and that you're comfortable.
We're going to begin by taking a nice deep breath together in through the nose and then we'll release it slowly.
So go ahead now and take a nice deep breath in.
Hold it for just a moment at the top and release the breath slowly as slowly as you can.
As you do so releasing anything you're ready to let go of.
Releasing any residual energy from the nights.
This is a new day,
An opportunity for a fresh start.
And if you'd like to you can allow your eyes to gently float closed.
My eyes are closed.
Or you can just hold a nice relaxed gaze in front of you.
We're going to be bringing attention to different areas of your life today and I'll help you connect to the future version of you.
The happiest,
Healthiest,
Most aligned expression of who you really are on a soul level.
So let's begin with your health.
I invite you to picture the healthiest version of you.
Notice how you stand.
What healthy habits does this version of you hold?
Perhaps you find time to meditate every day.
Perhaps you walk in nature,
Move in ways that energize you.
Perhaps you eat healthy foods that nurture your body.
Most importantly,
How do you feel in your body?
Just connect with the feelings regardless of your current physical reality.
Pay attention to your relationships,
To the connections in your life.
Friends,
Family,
Community,
Maybe a romantic partner.
How does it feel to be fully yourself with others?
How does it feel to be able to express yourself to others?
To communicate openly,
To experience ease.
Now bring your attention to your work.
How do you spend your days?
Feel to be both successful and fulfilled and total financial freedom you desire.
Wake up excited to start your day and to rest your head at night feeling satisfied.
Now think about your creativity and play.
Explore,
Create or experience.
Allow yourself to connect to that joy right now.
The joy of expressing yourself.
Where do you live?
What's around you?
And now imagine that in order for all of this to unfold,
All you have to do is stay in alignment,
Following what feels alive for you,
Worthy of joy,
Abundance and total peace.
You are moving ever closer to your dreams.
And your dreams are moving ever closer to you.
For this new day and for everything that's already on its way.
The more you return to these feelings,
The more has a way of finding its way to us.
Have a stretch or wiggle your fingers or toes.
Move your body in any way that feels good.
