Diagnosed with progressive multiple sclerosis in 2021, this sleep meditation is one of the ways I’m reversing symptoms and moving toward better health. I recorded it as a powerful resource to help you too. Starts with some deep relaxation techniques and includes a series of affirmations designed to help improve mental and physical well-being. Our subconscious mind is always listening, so the affirmations will have a positive impact, even if you’re sleeping deeply. This meditation is ideal to maintain or improve health.
