So maybe you're still lying comfortably in bed.

Just find yourself in a comfortable position and allow your eyes to gently float closed as we connect to the energy of this beautiful new day.
A new day in which wonderful and magical things can happen.
You deserve wonderful and magical things in your life.
I know you do,
Because we all do.
Take a deep breath in and allow yourself to just appreciate that life-giving energy breathing vitality into your amazing body.
Let yourself feel grateful for your incredible body and all the ways in which it supports you every single day without you having to even try.
