We will slowly work through a source of anxiety we carry and also learn how to work through our anxiety in the moment. EFT tapping can be so helpful to work through any anxiety you may be dealing with, so join me in this course to learn more.

What Is EFT Tapping?
On day 1, we will learn all about what EFT tapping is and how we will use it within this course. We will also do a short meditation, helping us to sit with and understand what we intend to get out of this course. Music by Chris Collins at indiemusicbox
Lição 2
What Studies Say About The Benefits Of EFT Tapping
On day 2, we are going to go over some studies that discuss the benefits of using EFT tapping as a treatment for anxiety. We also discuss how EFT tapping has been show to help other disorders like PTSD and depression. Understanding The Tapping Points In EFT Tapping
On day 3, we will discuss the tapping points we use during EFT tapping. We will go through and talk about each one and understand the part of the body or meridian that each point connects to. Understanding The Talking Part Of EFT Tapping
On day 4, we are going to learn how to talk ourselves through an EFT tapping session. The tapping alone can be super effective, but when we add words, it helps us more. What To Expect From Your Body & Your Intuition With EFT Tapping
On day 5, we explore how EFT tapping can really allow intuitive thoughts or feelings to come through for us. However, not all of us may be open to this at first. Exploring The Anxiety You Want To Work Through In This Course
On day 6, we are going to explore your anxiety and other feelings around that anxiety that we want to work through in this course. Defining what it is we want to work through will help us gain more benefit from going through this course. Releasing Your Anxiety With EFT Tapping
On day 7, we will work on releasing the anxiety that we identified in day 6. This will be such a powerful day in this course because we are making room in our bodies and our minds to make a new story for our anxiety. Reframing Your Anxiety With EFT Tapping
On day 8, we are going to reframe our anxiety story. Rewrite the story, so that we think better of our anxiety now and in the future. This can be so helpful to completely look at our anxiety differently and not have the same heavy feelings around it that you once did. Exploring Why We May Keep Ourselves In These Anxious States At Times
On day 9, we explore why we may be keeping ourselves in this anxious space at times. We may not even realize we are doing it. We will talk through this and then, do an EFT tapping meditation to help us realize our worth and the fact that we don't have to keep ourselves in these anxious places. How To Use EFT Tapping In The Moment For Anxiety
On day 10, we are going to learn how to quickly use EFT tapping for anxiety when we are in the moment and don't have time to slowly work through our anxiety. I really enjoyed this course. It was extremely helpful in getting me to name and acknowledge the root of my anxiety. I’m still learning the best talking phrases to use that work best for me during the tapping sessions but I’m getting more comfortable with it and will continue to use this method daily.
