Welcome to your five minute sweet sleep meditation.
This meditation is perfect for you if you're just laying in bed ready to go to sleep but need just that little bit of wind down time.
You can go ahead and close your eyes and we're going to start by taking a deep breath in and out.
And right now you might have a lot going on in your head.
Maybe you had a lot that went on today or you have a lot going on tomorrow.
I want you to just visualize everything that's going on into one big ball.
And you're going to think of that ball just sitting in your mouth.
And we're going to take another deep breath in and out.
And we're going to imagine pushing that ball out.
All of that energy of today out.
So go ahead and take a deep breath in and out.
And another big breath in and out.
And one more big breath in and out.
And now that we've pushed a lot of that energy out,
We can sit here in this sweet peaceful moment.
This can be a good time to focus on anything really good that happened in your day or anything really good that's going to happen tomorrow.
Any goals that you're working toward.
Anything that you're grateful for right now.
And you just want to bring that right now into your consciousness.
And just think of all the positive good things going on so that you can fill your head with that before you go to sleep.
Focusing on all those really good positive things is going to help you get a more restful sleep and get to sleep faster.
So just think about whatever it is you want to focus on right now that's positive.
And imagine that really just warm,
Nice,
Relaxing feeling moving all through your body.
Moving at the top of your head,
Moving down to your neck,
Down to your chest,
Down both of your arms,
Down all the way through your stomach,
And down both of your legs all the way to your feet.
And just feel that good,
Sweet,
Nice energy.
Now with that good energy that's filling your whole body,
It's time for you to go to sleep.
So you can go ahead,
Open your eyes,
And I hope you have a really nice restful sleep tonight.
