Welcome to your Sleep Well EFT tapping meditation.
During this meditation,
You can sit up or lie down,
Whatever works best for you.
We're going to focus completely on releasing anything you carry from today and any anxiety or worry that you may have about getting a good night's sleep so you can get a great sleep tonight.
Since this is an EFT tapping meditation,
We will be tapping on different points on our body while I talk.
I will tell you where to tap before I say the statement,
And with all the statements,
You can either say them back to me aloud or repeat them in your head,
Whatever works best for you.
Okay,
Let's begin.
Start tapping on the karate chop or the side of your hand.
I know that I don't always get a good night's sleep,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
I know sometimes I think about too much right before I'm about to go to sleep,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
I know that I'm ready to get a good night's sleep tonight,
And I love and accept myself.
Eyebrow,
All of the worry.
Side eye,
All of the stress.
Under eye,
That I carry from today.
Under nose,
I want to release it all.
Under mouth,
Sometimes I decide before I go to sleep that I might not sleep well,
And that I don't end up sleeping well.
Under collarbone,
I want to release those feelings.
Under your armpit,
Sometimes all of this worry doesn't allow me to sleep well.
Top of the head,
I don't want to carry this worry with me anymore.
Eyebrow,
I want to sleep better than I have been.
Side eye,
I want to let go of all that I'm carrying so I can sleep well tonight.
Under eye,
I want to let go of the worry.
Under nose,
I want to let go of the stress.
Under mouth,
It's not helping me.
Collarbone,
I know that I can take care of anything I need tomorrow.
Under your armpit,
And I don't need to think about it right now.
Top of the head,
I want to release all that I no longer need to think about right now.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in,
And out.
Eyebrow,
What if I slept well tonight?
Side eye,
What if I could let go of what happened today?
Under eye,
Or what's going to happen tomorrow?
Under nose,
Or the fact that I'm afraid I won't sleep well most nights?
Under mouth,
What if it was easy to just let it go and sleep?
Collarbone,
What if sleep came easy?
Under your armpit,
What if sleep came quick for me?
Top of the head,
What if I was really well rested tomorrow and could easily handle all that I needed to?
Go ahead and take a deep breath in,
And out.
Eyebrow,
I'm going to have a great night's sleep tonight.
Side eye,
I'm going to easily push aside any nagging thoughts I have.
Under eye,
I don't need them right now.
Under nose,
I just need to sleep well.
Under mouth,
I know I'm going to wake up super well rested tomorrow.
Collarbone,
I know I'm going to be able to get done all that I need to do in the morning.
Under your armpit,
I am going to sleep so well tonight.
Top of the head,
And every night that I need and want to.
Eyebrow,
I am in control of my sleep.
Side eye,
I decide what is best for my body.
Under eye,
And then I give my body what it needs.
Under nose,
I continue to push away any thoughts that no longer serve me.
Under mouth,
I don't need them right now.
Collarbone,
I let go of all that feels heavy to me right now.
Under your armpit,
I am going to let it all go and sleep very well tonight.
Top of the head,
I am going to have a great night's sleep tonight.
