Lição 1
Facing Forward: The Cycle Of Infinity
In this session, you will settle into the concept of the course and hear an overview of the issues that face women as we move into our Third Age.
The session progresses to a meditation, in which you will acknowledge and pay homage to the many sources of love that you have made available to you in your life; your connection to the cycle of nature, while valuing, celebrating, and drawing on the energy of the love to be found in the present, leaving the session with a sense of facing forward.
Today’s meditation, the Cycle of Infinity, centres around the energetic and universal nature of loving inner renewal.
Lição 2
Declutter For The Soul: Sorting Beliefs To Serve You Well
This is a dynamic session in which you will identify those aspects of your beliefs or behaviours that seem to hold you back, before letting them go and creating space for better beliefs.
What would you like to pass on, what can you bin, and what would you like to keep with you, cleaned up, refashioned, and easily accessible? This session takes the form of an active mindfulness exercise.

Wish Upon A Star: The Hopeful Future
Hope is the eternal shining star, one of the three key ingredients identified in the science of happiness. In this session, you will acknowledge and develop your hopes for the next chapter of your life, and understand the value of optimism as you move into and through the crone years.
The session begins with a discussion around the values of hope and optimism during the ageing process and how cultural and personal beliefs can influence how we feel toward ageing, and how when we are more optimistic, we are likely to become more fulfilled.
We will then move to the Star meditation. We use the Star as the symbol of hope, as although not always visible, the stars are always there and will inevitably shine on you again. This is a meditation for optimism, enjoying the opportunity to wish upon a star.

The Lioness Of The Heart: Living With Courage
Fear and courage are highly instinctive qualities, which over our lifetime, we can be more or less in touch with. In this session you will explore the importance of being in touch with courage in everyaday small ways, remembering to listen to your gut and empower yourself through directing attention and energy to your advantage.You will reflect on different aspects of what it is to be courageous, and remind yourself of the animal nature of this quality. We use the symbol of the Lioness to connect to the power of female animal courage.
Today’s practice is a series of powerful affirmations.
Lição 5
Our Bodies, Ourselves
In this session you will acknowledge changes in your body over time, and pay attention to how physiology and mood relate. We will explore how menopause has specific impacts, and the importance of making changes which are within our gift when nature's bodily changes impact, aligning mind and body to work together. You will dig a little deeper into accepting the true wonder of who you are, including and beyond your physical self.
This session is largely a reflective session, closing with some short affirmations to bring together body and soul.

The Purple Hat Of Love & Power
Daring to be exactly who you are can feel more or less easy at different times of our lives. In this session, you will enjoy a powerful meditation to be in touch with your most congruent and empowered self, creating an anchor to keep this state available to you.
Today’s session is all meditation - the Purple Hat of Love and Power.

Living With Purpose
To know our purpose is to connect with one of the key evidenced ingredients of true happiness. As we live longer, purpose can sometimes elude us, as capacities change, and the ground can feel as if it is shifting. Purpose is a big part of how we grow older, and how we love ourselves during that process.
Purpose is an important factor in mindful ageing. This conversational talk is the first of two sessions on purpose and will encourage you to reflect and consider what it means to you as we explore different aspects of purpose. This will set the foundation firmly for the full meditation,which follows in Session 8.

The Meaningful Life
This session is a full-length meditation which will take you into a relaxed and deep contemplation on the purpose of your life. You will follow a guided journey which will support you to link purpose to your capacity for self-love as you age mindfully on the journey of life.

Drawing Your Personal Boundaries
Setting personal boundaries is an important issue in all stages of womanhood. As Crones, or would be crones, we have a chance to review and reset our boundaries in a way which not only suits us, but can also influence the younger women and environment around us. Boundaries are a cultural issue, and taking positive steps to be clear with ourselves and others will bring impact to the spaces which we occupy.
Through an active meditation of embodiment, you will associate your physical extremities with resources and vision to support you in developing boundaries, in the light of prior knowledge, experience, and resources.
Lição 10
Living Your Truth
We end the course with a summary and active meditation to balance your equilibrium and set up to move forward truthfully, confidently, and harmoniously, with joy in your future and love in your heart.
In this final session, you will integrate learnings and identify how you can act on them in every day. Through an inspirational meditation, we focus on connecting to joy and exploring how to ensure more joy in each day. With the means to create the essentials of each day, you can influence your whole life, and recognise the importance of valuing every second, every minute, hour, and day, with confidence in your inner truth.
