Calm Your Overactive Mind

O que você irá aprender
If your mind won't stop, if you find yourself replaying conversations, rehearsing worst-case scenarios, or analysing things that can't be solved by more thinking, this course is for you. Calm Your Overactive Mind is a practical, body-based course that teaches you how to interrupt overthinking through sensation, breath, and present-moment awareness rather than trying to fight or control your thoughts. Each of the seven lessons introduces one clear insight and one guided practice, building a simple toolkit you can use whenever your mind starts to spiral. Across the week, you'll learn to spot when you're caught in a mental loop, use physical sensation to anchor yourself in the present, calm your nervous system through breath, stay with difficult emotions instead of analysing them, soften the self-pressure that fuels overthinking, and find stillness without forcing your mind to be quiet. No experience is needed. Each session is around ten minutes. And by the end of the course, you'll have a reliable, repeatable way to notice when you've been pulled into your head and a simple way to come back.

Lição 1
Notice The Loop
Learn to spot when your mind is caught in a cycle of repetitive thinking. This lesson introduces the difference between being lost in thought and noticing thought, and teaches a simple practice for building that awareness in real time.
Lição 2
Return To The Body
Your body is always in the present moment, even when your mind isn't. This lesson introduces five physical anchors you can use to interrupt mental loops and bring your attention back to what's actually happening right now.
Lição 3
Slow The System
When your body is wound up, your mind follows. The thoughts get faster, more urgent, more repetitive. This lesson teaches a simple breathing technique that calms your nervous system directly, giving your brain less reason to keep scanning for problems. No straining, no complicated routines. Just a gentle shift in rhythm that helps the mental noise settle from the inside out.
Lição 4
Feel The Feeling
Many mental loops are driven by emotions that are being analysed rather than felt. This lesson teaches you how to locate emotion in the body and stay with it, rather than getting caught in the story around it.
Lição 5
Soften The Pressure
Self-criticism fuels overthinking. This lesson explores how the pressure you put on yourself keeps your mind spinning, and introduces a simple practice for bringing warmth to your inner world instead.
Lição 6
Rest In Stillness
Stillness isn't something you force. It's what emerges when you stop fighting your own mind. This lesson strips away technique and teaches you how to simply sit with whatever arises, without needing to fix or control it.
Lição 7
Build The Reflex
The goal isn't to never overthink again. It's to catch it sooner and come back faster. This final lesson brings the week together into one portable practice you can use any time, and helps you set a simple plan for carrying it forward.
