His teaching is grounded in years of mindfulness meditation practice, long-term silent retreat experience, yoga, and the study of Dharma teachings under respected meditation teachers. Loved this, I often carry so much stuff from others. I woke with a bad throat and feeling unwell but by showing myself loving kindness and letting go I realised I was holding onto someone else’s pain and carrying it. After this meditation I feel well again. Will be returning to this regularly. Thank you ☺️ 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I want to say that this Buddhist style practice is gentle, though it is also direct to experience. Acknowledging the breath and the breath in the body, 360•. Attending to the entire body bit by bit. Being with tightnes, discomfort and pain. Holding and comforting myself as I would a crying child, I found emotion bubbling up. Non-specific, tender, caring of and for myself. This meditation is not about anything, except about being as fully conscious as I can, and yet doing nothing about it. Not actioning or judging, just observing and being. 🙏🏻💞
