Good morning,

Dear one,

Waking up with the affirmation,

Welcoming this blessed morning with your smile,

And feeling the power of the affirmation,

I love me,

In your heart.

As we begin the meditation,

Make yourself comfortable,

Seated or lying down,

Resting your palms facing open to the sky,

Softly close your eyes with a gentle smile,

Breathing in deeply and exhale slowly,

Becoming aware of your breath,

Feeling the presence of your in-breath and your out-breath,

Maybe you can breathe in and breathe out a bit more deeply and slowly,

Embracing the nourishing rhythm of your breath,

Becoming aware of the soft expansion and the relaxation of your body,

Now bring your awareness into your heart-space,

Feeling grateful to be alive,

Feeling grateful to live here in the present moment,

Feeling blessed for this new day,

Feeling blessed for the gift of this precious human life,

Let go of any resistance,

Stress and anxiety,

Give yourself permission to be with your true self and welcome this new day,

Feeling positive and blessed,

Now maybe place your palms gently over your beating heart,

Repeating the affirmations in your mind or out loud with me,

And feeling the power of the affirmations,

Awaken your heart chakra,

I love me,

Today all is well with me,

I am blessed to be myself,

I breathe in peace and I welcome peace into my life,

I breathe in presence and I welcome presence into my life,

I breathe in love and I welcome love into my life,

I breathe in joy and happiness and I welcome joy and happiness,

I breathe in abundance and I welcome abundance into my life,

I breathe in gratitude and I welcome gratitude into my life,

I am blessed for my sense of gratitude,

I am blessed to be one with life,

I am blessed to welcome this new day,

I am blessed for this fresh thought and positivity,

And I am grateful for the beauty of my soul and my life,

Now embracing the power of the affirmations in your heart chakra,

Now relax and rest your palms,

And exhale release,

Setting an intention for this day,

How do I want to feel today,

Feeling blessed for the opportunity to be here,

Now allow a deep breath in,

And breathe out,

Release,

With a sense of gratitude for your intention,

And with a smile,

Open your eyes to the world around you,

Relax your body,

Fully coming back to the space around you,
