Allowing yourself to become comfortable.

If you can,

Softly close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Bring your awareness into your breath.

Breathe out nicely.

Breathe out slowly and exhale releasing.

Allowing your breath to slow down naturally.

Feeling yourself arriving in here.

Feel your body being here.

Feel your body relaxing.

Let your shoulders relax.

Your face soften.

Your breath flows effortlessly.

Bring your awareness inward.

Notice the quietness within you.

Embracing the space within that is calm.

This is your inner stillness.

A place of strength.

A mountain that is still even when the wind blows.

There is a strength in the stillness.

As you breathe in,

You are becoming calm.

As you breathe out,

You are becoming more still.

Repeat the affirmations,

Your morning mantras after me.

Allow your mantras to settle gently.
