Pause for what's important.

Inside you,

You know exactly what is most important to you.

All of those things.

In this meditation,

You can take some private time to sink into your sacred personal space and let your energy spread out and fill you so that you can capture again,

Remind yourself of all those things you hold deeply sacred and always want to be bringing forward in your life.

As always,

Find a quiet space where you can have some time where you're not interrupted and make yourself extremely comfortable so that your whole nervous system can feel soothed and calm and relaxed.

Giving yourself a moment or two just to settle in and welcoming everything that arises in you,

Allowing your whole self to show up.

Begin by taking a few clearing breaths where you breathe in deeply through your nose and out again through your mouth.

Every time you fill with breath,

Feel yourself coming home to what's important to you.

And when you breathe out,

Feel yourself letting go of any stress or tension,

Anything unnecessary.

And now continue to breathe naturally with yourself.

Long,

Slow breaths through your nose,

Feeling your body releasing stress as you breathe out through your nose.

Every time you go in with your breath,

Finding your deepest places,

Arriving with each breath more deeply within yourself.

And as you breathe with yourself,

Really feel your presence.

You are here and you are you.

Exactly you.

Unique,

Inimitable.

There is and will only ever be throughout time one you.

Breathe with that reality and with your own special essence alive inside of you.

Right now,

You are a gift.

And feel where you are right now.

Your location,

Your environment exactly in this space and time.

And the earth,

The planet grounding you wherever you are that you can release into that support.

Your muscles and your bones can let go and be held.

And that you're breathing from space,

The miracle of life all around you.

Taking breath from everything which grows and evolves and has life as you do.

The currents of energy inside of you are flowing as currents of energy inside all life.

And now take your hand right to your heart and feel its pulse go directly into you.

The flow and feeling of your breath inside all of you.

Moving in you.

Touching every part of your being.

From your head to your toes.

The length of you and the sides of you.

Touched by this life force which is vibrant inside of you.

And feel all the sensations of energy moving through your body and around your being.

Your life force.

As you feel it,

You can welcome your desires.

Your longings,

Your cravings.

Those things which want to be created and manifested.

Without judgment,

Let them flow so that you can be in contact with what is of value and meaning to you.

Within your desires is your intuition.

Sparks that are waiting to become reality.

Sparks that are waiting to become flames and burn brightly into the world.

Feel that energy illuminating you.

As you feel it,

Bring to mind what is important to you.

What you hold dear and sacred.

Let these impulses of energy,

Of desire,

Of craving,

Of illumination guide you.

Those thoughts.

What you hold dear.

What is important to you and sacred.

Whatever it is.

Cherish it.

And not what the world says.

Not because someone else wants you that way.

Let the you who knows you speak to you now and remind you what is important.

They might arise as words.

Single words.

Almost in a list.

Or flashing before you one by one.

They may tumble all into view.

Or they may come as pictures or a sensing in.

However they come,

For a short while,

Be totally with these things.

Breathe with these things.

See yourself in them.

With them.

Belonging to them and them to you.

And moving in life with these things.

Thriving.

And free.

Really live with them.

Be aware of any feelings,

Sounds,

Or sensations that they bring with them.

Any pictures.

Any memories.

Any strong emotion.

Let those sensations be freely felt.

Feel the sensations in your being when these impulses are set free inside of you.

You may have to tolerate feelings of urgency,

Deep longing,

As an ache.

And that's okay.

Let the sensations thrive.

Let your body relax into these sensations.

Their movement.

Their massage.

Their hum.

Their thrum.

And let them feed and nourish you.

Just melt into them and relax.

And give them a few moments to sink in.

Deep breaths.

Sinking in.

Sinking in.

Sinking into all the movement.

Allow any drifting of your mind.

It may be showing you more information and affirmation arising from what is important to you.

Let the energy direct itself.

And now if it serves you,

Create a statement of intention.

Or a list.

Or an affirmation to carry with you from this reminder.

Or be with a picture or a mini movie of it.

So that it can thrive in you and guide you in your actions as you return to life.

Just taking a few breaths,

Seeing those words or pictures.

Your reminder.

Communicating that clearly to yourself.

In your own way.

And now preparing to transition.

Knowing what is important.

What is important to you.

You know what is important.

And now you are recommitted.

Feel your strength.

Feel your energy.

Feel your resources.

Feel your body coming back to your external environment.

And when you are ready,

Alert yourself back to life.

Refreshed and ready for action.

With what is important to you living vibrantly.

In every cell of your body.
