It's time to relax and unwind and drift away into the sweetest sleep.

So get really really comfy and cozy.

Snuggle down.

Choose a really lovely cozy position.

Super comfy.

And then if you're happy that the temperature is right,

You're feeling nice and comfy.

Soften your eyelids down.

Take a lovely sigh out.

It's time to relax now and let go.

You've done enough today.

All finished now.

There's no more to be done.

Better to return,

Refresh tomorrow and now it's time to relax and let go and drift into dream world.

Your dream world is waiting for you.

Mmm and delicious rest.

You're all nestled in and safe.

There's a lovely soft pillow under your head and cozy bedding all tucked in.

There's a beautiful soft mattress to take all the weight of your bones.

You can just release everything to it.

Mmm that's so welcome to your body.

It's time to let go of anything you've been holding and everything.

So your body is completely light.

So your body is spacious and safe to let go and drift.

You can feel your breath moving tenderly and sweetly inside of you.

It's quiet time now.

You can move inside and put the world away.

Delicious leisurely soothing breaths in and out through your nose.

Soft,

Soft waves of breath.

And let your mind be free.

Let everything loose to do its thing.

Your thoughts,

Your feelings,

Everything that needs processing.

Just let them loose.

Don't use any effort.

You can relax.

Thoughts will soon clear away.

It's a process your body knows well and knows what to do.

Let it be and enjoy the coziness of your body and the delicious sensations of relaxation,

The uncoiling,

The unwinding of tension as it melts away.

Mmm.

And the softness of the mattress in your pillow and blankets.

And the velvety darkness of night.

And the waves of soft breath massaging you on the inside.

You can melt into your tiredness.

Into the humming of your muscles and bones as they let go of tension.

Into the fingers of fatigue,

Thrumming and buzzing like a massage.

Mmm.

Melt in.

Melt into it to the hum and the thrum and the throb inside you.

You can feel really good.

Soft,

Soft skin on your face melting.

Soft,

Soft muscles dissolving.

Soft,

Soft bones releasing.

And the softness of your body.

Soft brow.

Smooth,

Soft jaw.

Let it go.

Soft cheeks release.

Soft mouth.

Drop your tongue.

Face and head dissolve.

You can let the music and my voice massage you.

From your crown to your shoulders,

All the way down your body.

Down your arms,

Your hands,

Your fingers.

Down your legs,

Into your feet and your toes.

The sound stroking your body.

Caressing out the knots.

Smoothing.

Weaving everything back together again.

And again.

Waves of breath.

In.

Out.
