Lesson 1
Exploring Light Practices
Welcome to day one where we begin our exploration and experiences of practices to raise our light vibration. This lesson explores the many ways we receive, create, and feel light. There's a shift in energy and frequency when we are in the presence of those places, people, activities, and inner being states that light us up and this is something we can intentionally choose to bring into our lives. You are invited to start your day to orient toward what lights you up and given two specific practices. The first part of this practice is to raise your awareness of what lights you up as the individual you are by writing a list - and I will offer you many prompts to help inspire you. The second part of the practice is to begin to make a more intentional, practical connection to these. Start your seven days intentionally placing yourself in the path of light!

Lesson 2
Activate Your Body As A Vehicle Of Light
Welcome to Day Two, where you are invited to start your day with a powerful breath-and-visualization practice to activate your body as a protected and harmonized vessel for light. In this guided meditation, we anchor in powerful healing and protective light from the light-energy field to activate our "Merkaba light body", to expand our awareness to connect us to higher wisdom and Source, and to bring protection, harmony, and balance to our day.
Practiced in different spiritualities since ancient times, Merkaba meditation is also said to activate our natural gifts and abilities, anchoring even into our cells, our DNA, all our multi-dimensional parts, and our capacity for healing. The more regularly and consistently we do it, the more powerful it is. I invite you to track the changes you experience when you do this as a daily habit, with or without guidance.

Lesson 3
The Light Of Simplicity And Ease
We can be married to the idea that life has to be hard. Our soul does not vibrate at this level: it vibrates at the frequency of light, and that means we need to get in touch here. This lesson is all about unlearning some of the toxic messages and conditioning feel pressured, sick and tired and filled with shame and feelings of not being enough. Turning towards simplicity and ease is a radical action where we reclaim our valuable energies of health, joy and – rather than the senseless churning out of things in the name of productivity – allows our real creativity to flow. Today's lesson gives you space to contemplate the value of simplicity and ease and tools, practices and inspiration to put straight into practice this very day.

Lesson 4
Cultivating The Light Of Self Worth
It is very human to feel we aren’t enough. But what if you were enough? What would knowing and feeling that and behaving from that space change in your life? What might it make possible for you? Today, you get to practice some powerful tools for guiding yourself back to the part of you that recognizes how valuable you are and learn how to anchor into that space. Seeing our light is perhaps the biggest, most impacting piece of our light work and unfolding our gifts into the world. It is an act of generosity not just towards ourselves, but for everyone we come into contact with.

Lesson 5
Replenish In Your Personal Energy Space
Every day, we pick up stress and unwanted energy from the people and life around us. Today's lesson offers a practice that I recommend you use daily, to cultivate your inner space as a sanctuary in which you can replenish your energy and divest of what is heavy or dense. Each of us is energy and we have our own magnetic field which emanates from our body and surrounds us. When we feel weary, discouraged, or dull, we can consciously visualize and feel this energy field we inhabit and receive strength, production, and nourishment from it.

Lesson 6
Connect To Spiritual Support
Today's lesson invites you to connect with your spiritual support team, or "Light Beings". There are beings in the Light Realms who want to help us – I call them spirit guides. They are our own spiritual support team. They are here to support us in our growth, healing, and happiness, and to help us navigate our path and stay inside our own soul purpose or find our way back.
Communication with the “other side” is something we all have. We can all tap into it and cultivate it. It’s like a muscle needing to be exercised. We all have intuitive gifts. However, this is something we are not often taught: we are likely to be taught to cultivate and communicate with things that we can absolutely “see”. This lesson shows you some simple ways of reaching out and connecting this divine guidance from The Light World and some practices to put into place this very day.

Evening Practice To Release Dense Energy
For our final day of living in the light, I share with you one of my favorite practices to release unwanted accumulated energy from your day. This is a luxurious practice, that will bring you back to lightness before you wind down for a fantastic sleep and means you begin the next day afresh, with a clean slate.

Lesson 8
Reflections
We have come to the end of our seven days of intentionally raising our light vibration. In this lesson, we reflect on this light filled week. You can use this as an opportunity to journal or contemplate or make a plan going forward. The practice now is to keep living this way, to bring into your life the things that you feel most connected to, and to add to them, from your own intuitive guidance.Remember that this course is always here in your library and you can repeat these seven days or return to any single element, whenever you want to. It really helps others connect more deeply to the practices when we share our own experiences, so please add your insights and experiences to the conversation in the virtual classroom.
