It's time to get all cozy and nasty and snuggle down into sleep.
It's time to put the day away.

So just take some time to get your body nice and comfy.
And feel the quiet of the night and the darkness in your breath.
You're breathing easily in and out.
Just checking in again,
Sinking in again to that inner movement and releasing into it.
Waves of breath,
Easy breath.
In and out like a sigh.
And as you do that,
You might feel your day coming back to you,
Rising up inside you,
Everything that happened today.
Give yourself a minute or two to review your day.
Just as you listen here to the music,
Think about the good things that happened and even allow some of the things that are on your mind,
Maybe more challenging things to arise to.
They just want to be processed so that you will be able to sleep well.
Let's take a minute here.
You can take a moment to thank life for what it's brought to you today.
Everything carries meaning.
Sometimes it's a message,
Sometimes it's a lesson and sometimes it's something simply to be savoured and appreciated.
Let's take a moment to honour the flow of life that you are and are in and that this day was a part of.
And then let go of the day.
It's over now.
Anything unfinished can wait.

Now you can completely release today and look forward to a delicious sleep.

The sweetness of the support of your mattress,
That sweet support you can just release into it.
And just feeling the soft and gentle flow of your body.
It's changing rhythm now.
You can yawn,
You can sigh.
You can hear your breath on the inside.
Now tune into something beautiful in your mind that you can dream about as a gateway into dream world.
Maybe it's a beautiful space,
A place you love.
A deep green meadow.
A flower or a field of flowers.

Clouds or a space of light.
