I hope you know how loved you are.
Let's begin tuning into the flow of love in our lives that comes towards us.
Make yourself comfortable and know that you have some time and space now where things can slow down a little and you can linger.
Whether you're sitting on the floor or on a chair,
Just make sure that the position your body is in is one that will be comfortable to hold you for some moments for a short while.
Feel where the parts of your body are connecting to the earth and just spend some moments breathing there,
Feeling there and noticing how your body is releasing toward the earth right now and into her loving arms.
How your bones and your muscles don't have to hold yourself up quite so much.
There's still a light fluidity in your spine and an openness in your chest but you might be able to drop your shoulders a little and your jaw.
Even your chin might feel more comfortable if it drops a little,
Opening up space in the back of your neck.
Allow gravity to caress your body and to bring you safely home into your space,
Feeling how the bones of the earth meet your bones and tuning into love.
First of all knowing how very loved you are by creation itself,
By the loving earth,
By all the energies that nurture your life in their own ways,
The energies of nature that you enjoy,
That your body loves to linger with,
That your senses are delighted by,
Such as the warmth of the sun,
The gentle touch of the breeze on your skin,
The quiet calm of the forest and its rich green support and nurturing,
The view from on top high a mountain,
A hill,
The beauty of the forest,
The hill,
The roar of the ocean and the trickle of a stream,
How nature sparkles and wants you through your senses to soak it up,
How very loved you are by life,
And how very loved you are by particular people,
Animals and spirits that are in your life right now.
They may be physically present in your life,
They may be in some way ingrained on your heart through past touch,
But currents of love never end.
Feeling into your body now and breathing,
Imagine that you are breathing in through your heart and out through your belly,
In through your heart and out through your belly,
And as you do so tuning into perhaps one person or animal who loves you so much,
One presence,
And feeling that presence you might see their face,
Feel how their body feels when you touch them,
When you hug,
When you hold.
You might see them offering love to you in ways that they have with their words,
With their presence,
With gifts that they have for you.
And breathing in through your heart,
Receiving that love,
And breathing out through your belly,
Relaxing into that love,
Holding this presence dear and close to you,
And saying I am loved.
Feeling your heart relaxing as your breath leaves your belly melting in.
This is a filling and a melting that happens to us as we receive the flow of love.
I am loved.
Notice and feel what is happening inside your body now as you receive and fill up from that love,
And as you allow yourself to relax and melt in,
How does that feel to you?
What sensations are you feeling?
There may be warmth,
A feeling of expansion or light.
Love has a depth and we can feel it deep in our bones where it nourishes us.
Take some moments to feel how loved you are and the feelings that brings in your bones,
In your breathing,
Into your skin and into your cells,
And feel yourself being filled and nourished by love so that you can glow on the inside and your cells can heal and plump up,
Rejuvenated by love and feeling love.
That is the power of love.
What kind of emotions arise as you breathe knowing how loved you are?
Tune into your feelings.
Where are these emotions showing up in your body?
They may be in a specific part of your body where that love is particularly touching you,
Reminding you.
Allow yourself to receive.
Breathing in through your heart,
Breathing out through your belly.
You might ask yourself,
When I am remembering how loved I am deep in my bones,
What does that make possible for me?
What does it feel like and what does that make possible for me in my life right now?
You you you and now would you like to offer this deep love circulating inside of you right now to the world?
Would you like to move the love that you are moved by into the energies of life to bless all of life and creation or a community or someone you know who particularly needs this right now to feel this love and be in this current?
So now breathing in through your belly and out through your heart.
With each breath can you send love in all the directions?
Send it out from the front of your heart and from the sides of your heart.
Breathing in through your belly and through the back of your heart for all who might want to receive it or for a community or person in particular.
And can you visualize this love being breathed in by them into their heart and out through their belly as they relax and melt into love itself and might you add the words you are loved.

Coming to a resting place as the words seem to fall away but the current continues and relaxing here for some moments.
You won't hear my voice again and it's time till it's time to return.
You you you you you you and now as you're ready to come back breathing again into your heart out through your belly I am loved and then in through your belly and out through your heart you are loved.
And as you take your next step into life take your step from this place this current of deep nourishing everlasting love.
