Johanna Asterdal is a certified yoga and meditation teacher, coach, and the founder of YogiBean Wellness. With years of guiding students through yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, she is passionate about helping people create calm and sustainable balance in their everyday lives. Drawing on both her professional training and her personal journey of shifting from stress to steadiness, Johanna offers gentle, practical tools that make inner wellbeing accessible to everyone.
