Unspoken Grief: The Inner Child’s Journey Back to Truth is a 5-day course designed to help you understand and gently tend the early grief that formed when your emotional reality wasn’t named, believed, or supported in childhood. This course explores three interconnected layers of grief: -Emotional grief — the feelings you had to suppress to stay safe -Somatic grief — how those feelings settled in the body and nervous system -Soul grief — the spiritual fracture that occurs when a child’s inner knowing is denied Across five lessons, you’ll learn how childhood environments shape the nervous system, how grief becomes a survival strategy, and how the body stores emotions that were never allowed expression. Each session includes gentle breathwork, inner child presence, somatic awareness, and guided self-reflection. This course is intended for anyone who: -Carries grief without understanding its origins -Struggles with self-trust, self-worth, or emotional numbness -Grew up in emotionally chaotic, dismissive, or unpredictable environments -Senses that their inner child still holds unspoken pain -Wants a grounded, soul-centered approach to healing You’ll learn to: -Recognize pre-verbal and unnamed grief -Understand how gaslighting and emotional dismissal shape the inner child -Identify survival patterns like freeze, fawn, and performance -Connect with the body as a guardian of truth -Reconnect with your soul’s intuition and spiritual knowing -Soften toward younger parts of yourself -Create the conditions for emotional and spiritual integration This course does not require prior experience. Meet your Teacher

John is an energy healing practitioner, writer, and teacher whose work bridges nervous system healing, inner child work, and soul-level restoration. He blends somatic awareness, trauma-informed emotional processing, chakra and subtle-body work, and evolutionary spiritual teachings to help people reconnect with the parts of themselves they had to leave behind to survive. Rooted in his own lived experience of childhood emotional enmeshment, grief, and CPTSD, John’s work is grounded, compassionate, and direct. His teachings are known for helping students feel seen, validated, and deeply accompanied as they unravel long-held patterns of silence, self-abandonment, and unmetabolized grief.
