Meet your Teacher

John is a certified Energy Healing Practitioner with over 200 hours of practice, having earned his certification through Field Dynamics Healing in July 2022. His personal healing journey began in his late teens and twenties, influenced by growing up with an alcoholic mother and an emotionally unavailable father. Throughout his twenties and thirties, John sought healing through individual and group therapy, attended Al-Anon meetings for seven years, and spent three years intensively studying A Course in Miracles. Despite these efforts, he intuitively sensed that something deeper remained unresolved. It wasn’t until a major life event in 2020, when he resigned from his 33-year civil service career, that John’s true healing began. The pandemic added another layer of emotional challenge, and he found himself reconnecting with meditation, which he had initially started through Insight Timer. Immersing himself in the platform's free live events, he began to explore new healing modalities. John experienced a profound "aha" moment when he realized that his core issue was the mother wound and the unresolved trauma of abandonment. He recognized that, despite years of self-work, he had spiritually bypassed the deeper healing needed. It was then that energy healing entered his life, allowing him to address trauma at its root. Since becoming certified, John has successfully removed three energy blocks within his own system and continues his personal healing journey, while guiding others through theirs. Energy healing has completely transformed his life, helping him reach the core of trauma quickly and effectively, and now he is passionate about helping others do the same.

Once you've written your letter, we will guide you through a ritual to either symbolically release or embrace the emotions you’ve shared. Whether you choose to bury, burn, or keep your letter, this ritual helps to energetically let go of what no longer serves you while embracing the lessons and healing. This process is about finding closure, forgiveness, and freedom, enabling you to move forward in your healing journey with a sense of peace and empowerment.
