Greetings and welcome friends.
My name is Jessie and I am grateful you are here for five-minute flow journaling.
This five-minute session is designed to provide space and prompts to support your journaling practice.
These flow journal prompts tap into your intuition,
Can provide clarity,
Increase creativity,
And overall well-being.
Please grab your journal in a favorite writing utensil,
Open your notes app in your phone,
Or grab whatever tools you need to meaningfully engage in this practice.
I will provide one prompt at the start.
This prompt will be quite vague so that your mind can wander wherever it needs to.
I find these short prompts to be the ones that really get my creativity going.
Just let your ideas flow to the page.
The key is to write for the entire time and if you're feeling stuck,
You start over with the prompt,
Which for today is what if.
You start your writing with what if and whenever you're writing utensil stops,
You start over with what if.
Remember it's not supposed to be perfect,
It's just supposed to get you in the flow.
Ready?
Let's begin.
As I said,
Our prompt is what if.
20 more seconds.
Okay,
So that's time but please feel free to continue to journal beyond this time limit if you are still flowing.
Thank you for joining me today for 5-Minute Flow Journaling.
I am grateful for you.
Wishing you a magical,
Inspiring,
And wonder-filled day.
May your soul shine.
