Flow journaling can help us tap into our intuition, provide clarity, increase creativity and overall well-being. This practice includes a brief journal prompt designed for you to let your mind wander and flow to paper. The key is to write for the entire time and when you’re feeling stuck- start over with the provided journal prompt.
