Together, they create a natural rhythm of learning, stillness, and inner clarity. With a combined listening time of around two hours, these sessions can be taken daily or at your own pace, allowing the insights and the recognition of one’s inseparable awareness to blossom naturally, according to your own capacity for assimilation. Whether you are seeking rest, clarity, or a deeper connection with your own presence, this course supports you in remembering the ease and spontaneity of being unconditionally present in all circumstances. As you move through this course, you may find it helpful to allow each lesson time to settle energetically. Rather than moving quickly, you’re invited to let each lesson be gently assimilated within your awareness, allowing the course to unfold as a quiet, day-by-day retreat.


Meet your Teacher

Pratika Sahayak is a long-serving spiritual seeker with over three decades of meditation, self-inquiry, and contemplative practice. Formerly a monk under Sri Chinmoy, his life and work arise from direct experience rather than theory, rooted in presence and silence. Through years of guiding others in meditation and reflection, Pratika has developed a clear, accessible way of sharing timeless wisdom that supports both beginners and experienced practitioners. His approach emphasizes grounded awareness, inner stillness, and the natural harmony of body, mind, and being. Pratika has already published a number of tracks in both the Free Tracks and Premium Tracks in Insight Timer. Pratika has offered his teachings in countless free meditation classes and weekend retreats globally.

In this teaching we help to identity what one's stillness is, and how to solidify your awareness of it, to remain as stillness regardless of all outer activities.

The Breath Of Home

This teaching brings pointed attention to the breath, often not appreciated or noticed in the busyness of outer activities. With this fresh approach, we use the breath more consciously to help focus awareness, to still the mind, and to come back into the stillness presence of one's timeless Being.

Lesson 3

The Temple Of The Body

This teaching shows that the body is inseparable from one's presence and awareness. It is the vehicle through which our awareness not only becomes visible, but also as an example to others. When we return home through the breath to the body, we return to the inseparable grounded presence of Being, the field in which our highest truths can be recognized, then manifested.

Lesson 4

Meeting The Mind With Patience And Understanding

Mind is generally seen as something that needs to be controlled, and if we can't achieve this, then we will not be able to meditate or live a conscious and calm life. In this teaching, we approach the mind a little differently, and this difference is one that enables us to live happy and balanced lives, even though thoughts will always, in one form or another, will always be present.

Lesson 5

Walking As Conscious Awareness

This teaching takes one away from the privacy of the meditation cushion, out into the natural world, where one is shown how to maintain their conscious awareness and focus in the midst of physical movement, walking. One way to do this is to now focus on the breath and movements of the body, as a unified field of presence within a variety of environments.

Lesson 6

Listening As Presence

In the busyness of life, we can become so focused on what we are doing that we miss the subtle connecting energies and frequencies of sound that we have constantly around us. Through this teaching, we will refine our awareness to be fully open and aware in all that we do, so we can embrace all sensations, all sounds, all frequencies as one whole seamless experience of one's inseparable awareness.

Lesson 7

The Heart Of Being

In this final teaching, we recognize that which is central to spiritual practices throughout the ages, said also to be the seat of the soul — the spiritual Heart. We focus our attention on the Heart centre, then expand our awareness beyond the physical body. This exercise helps to open and expand one's conscious awareness to the universal presence of our formless Being.

A wealth of wisdom teachings here I feel on completion I’ll re listen to absorb it more fully. Less music or softer , more silence amidst the teaching however such a worthwhile course to immerse in doing . THANKYOU 🙏
