Take a deep breath,

Remain still with a straight back and neck,

Be comfortable.

What follows are insights from the silence beyond.

One's innate presence is that of formless being,

Contentless,

Whole,

Indivisible,

Inseparable,

Unknowable,

Boundless,

Spontaneous,

Eternal,

Unborn and all-embracing.

It's from the recognition of one's true self that one consciously manifests for the benefit of oneself and all.

Always recognize one is the unborn wholeness,

Indivisible presence of infinite awareness.

Awareness is the content,

Witness and knower of all experiencing.

Anything that can be given a name is a product of one's conditioning,

For in reality nothing objective or at a distance exists.

The recognition of our true nature cannot take place in a finite mind.

How could it,

When finite mind believes there is a body which has an individual identity which exists in a universe and that this body was born and it will die.

All that we aspire to be,

The highest virtues we hold dearest in our hearts,

Will never reach their full potential or be sustained for any meaningful period.

When the majority of our activities,

Experiences and sensations are generated through the perceiving of a limited and identified body-mind consciousness of continuous thinking,

It's only when we transcend the unconscious,

Transcend objective attachments through our regular meditations that we blossom fully to consciously recognize that those same virtues are effortlessly present in abundance.

Then these same virtues become the higher choice for daily transformations,

Inspirations and activities as they touch the hearts of all seeking their powerful intent.

Contemplate this,

One has never had an experience,

For the one you are is not apart from an experience but is the experience itself as the awareness of now.

There is no distance,

No observer or observed,

Only eternal presence,

Unfolding itself,

To itself,

Through itself,

In all appearances and points of view.

We all have or are suffering from trauma,

Regardless of how subtle it is.

Not acknowledging this means we are living a life of flawed potential,

Reacting to that which is the vibrational memory of that trauma,

Which often lies subtly behind all that we perceive,

Until it is triggered.

When we meditate we transcend the body-mind experience,

Meaning we rise above all that which impacts us in our finite outer life of stress,

Trauma,

Reaction or identifying.

In the formless stillness and emptiness of one's meditations we come to recognize that which is beyond appearance,

Beyond object,

That which is not caused,

That which is the boundless freedom of one's true nature,

And that is inseparable conscious awareness.

Then resonating consciously as these harmonious energies,

We are the embodiment of that which is not the source of disharmony or discordance.

We rise as conscious presence,

The fullness of our boundless potential,

The untapped freedom of all which is infinitely possible,

Now recognizing the grounded truth of our being beyond a body-mind identity is inseparable awareness.

Do not let mind question these insights.

Mind fails to grasp the truth of one's highest reality.
