Do not be concerned if one cannot initially grasp the truth of these insights.
What is most important is that one remains mentally still,
Open and present in the space of allowing,
For conscious wisdom will arise in one's meditations.
Stress is resistance,
But what is there to resist when you do not exist?
Remember,
One is formless.
Stress is a conditioned reaction when one identifies as a person.
As the infinite presence of pure awareness,
One is the field of all experiencing.
One is the awareness presence in which all experiencing temporarily appears,
Then seamlessly returns to the wholeness presence of eternal beingness.
It matters not what you claim yourself to be.
What matters more than anything else,
Do you know what you are?
As that recognition,
One will be fully present and aware,
Not as a person of identity with a past or memories,
But as the source presence of the unmoving background of all experiencing and points of view,
Inseparable awareness.
We need remind ourselves that nothing is ever happening,
All is eternally present now.
Happening is a time-based concept in duality.
Presence is the timeless reality of non-duality.
We have become so programmed by the conditioning we have grown up with and remain in permanent virtual permanent default as,
That we have rarely ever stood back to question the most basic of all questions,
What am I?
And recognized what this formless truth is.
No thought process can give us this recognition,
For this truth is unknowable,
Unseen and uncaused.
It can only ever be recognized through the emptiness presence of one's meditations.
Any sense of feeling different,
Alone or separate are all traits of the separate self,
The ego.
It's through a regular meditation practice that we heal this unconscious divide,
For in the stillness presence of our essential nature,
Conscious awareness,
We recognize that there are no divisions,
No separate self,
No judgments or criticisms.
It will be through the open heart of clear seeing,
Goodwill,
Love,
Empathy,
Kindness and compassion,
That one's higher conscious awareness can and will heal all divisions.
For it's then that we shall rise above unconscious limitations to be the embodiment and intelligence of our untapped potential.
In each moment of conscious experiencing,
One is inseparably one with all that is.
There is no mind that exists.
No one has a mind.
Find me a mind.
Nothing formless can be found.
Mind is a concept only.
Thoughts,
Feelings and experiences are energetic appearances within inseparable awareness.
As the imperturbable presence of pure awareness,
One is the field of all experiencing in all points of view.
We are not aware of the truth of being because we default to mind for the answer.
But there is no answer.
There is nothing to be found.
It is that which is formlessly present,
Unborn,
Unknowable,
Yet recognised.
Confused,
Yes,
You will be if trying to find an answer.
Awareness has nothing to do with any mental activity,
Yet mental activity is itself an appearance in awareness.
The truth of our being will only ever be recognised through direct experiencing.
And this cannot be achieved through mental activity,
Which itself is appearing in what we are as,
As an experience.
We need go beyond all experiencing.
We are what we are looking for.
You with the label of a person are a conditioned identity of duality.
Seeing is not believing.
Believing is seeing.
The world is what one believes it to be and so engages with you in that way.
Which in reality is not real.
It's an expression,
A localised expression of one's imagination.
All that exists is conscious awareness,
Which is the knower,
The content and the witnessing of all experiencing.
One is a dynamic expression of the infinite possibilities,
A formless presence of infinite awareness.
As soon as there is a label,
There is a person quantifying that which is unquantifiable.
Any sense of separation or difference that one may feel is simply a belief learned from childhood.
Awareness knows no separation.
Does a mother's love flow with any difference or separateness between unborn twins?
When we stop trying to be a someone,
We become the one of being.
You do not owe the world an explanation.
You owe yourself the recognition of the truth.
One is the light of a vastness so immense,
One is also the ripple that stirs the ocean.
