This five-part contemplative course explores the process of inner renewal and awakening. It supports the release of old patterns and the recognition of one’s true nature as the light-filled presence of pure awareness. Course Objectives: Facilitate understanding of the stages of inner renewal, from breath awareness to the light of Being. Encourage mindful observation of thoughts, emotions, and habitual patterns. Support the cultivation of grounded presence, clarity, and inner spaciousness. What Students Can Expect: Five structured lessons, each focusing on a distinct stage of renewal. Each lesson includes an introduction, guided meditation, teachings, lesson benefits, reflective questions, and a closing thought. A progressive journey through breath, heart awareness, transformation, purification, and the light of Being. As you move through this course, you may find it helpful to allow each lesson time to settle energetically. Rather than moving quickly, you’re invited to let each lesson be gently assimilated within your awareness, allowing the course to unfold as a quiet, day-by-day retreat.
