In non-duality we come to recognize there are no others.
Nothing is separate or at a distance.
All within one's field of conscious experiencing is the one light of pure conscious awareness,
One's eternal being.
One's beingness is the spacious presence of conscious awareness,
Dynamically perceiving in a world of objective experiencing.
Think of life as a finite movie appearing on the screen of pure awareness.
The dramas and characters are forever changing.
What remains unmoved,
Unaffected,
Is the silent witness to all of life's dramas,
One's inseparable awareness,
The screen of infinite non-duality.
To unreservedly admit that one does not know is literally the essential shift from unconscious to conscious awareness,
That which is necessary in recognizing the timeless truth of one's eternal being,
That of inseparable awareness as the light of one's essential nature.
There is no perfect time,
As time does not exist.
All is equally perfect now.
One is the fullness perfection of imperturbable awareness now.
One's thoughts are random,
Arising independently with no intention,
Purpose or agenda.
They have no authority unless one gives them that.
It's when one chooses or becomes unconsciously attached to a stream of thoughts or emotions that one can feel sad,
Confused,
Frustrated,
Pressured or stressed.
Meditate for short periods many times each day to recognize one's truth as the grounded presence of imperturbable awareness,
The boundless potential,
The untapped intelligence wisdom being of one's timeless nature.
Abundance is not something to be achieved.
Abundance is that which one timelessly and effortlessly is.
Duality would have us believe that there is more,
There is much more that needs to change to be happier,
More aware or more conscious.
Non-duality recognizes that one is perfect as is.
One is whole,
Spacious,
Infinite and eternal.
We have based our lives largely on identifying,
Memorizing,
Thinking,
Feeling,
Seeking,
Desiring,
Learning or experiencing.
Now take all away,
All associated with one's finite physical body-mind-identity belief.
Now what remains beyond outer experiencing?
One's abiding presence of unborn awareness,
The true nature of one's eternal being.
The unknowable yet recognizable truth of one's being is realized in one's meditations.
One will never know their one self if they are still a you or a me,
For one's true nature,
True self is formless and unidentifiable.
If we hold on to a belief that we are searching for will be discovered within,
We remain in a permanent state of looking,
Of striving,
Of seeking,
Of effort which by its very nature is attached to a person doing,
Overcoming,
Realizing or transcending some imagined state in order to be more conscious,
More aware,
Believing this is where one's happiness or fulfillment lies.
All this is bound to a belief of a finite body-mind,
An existence which is separate to one's existing reality which is effortless awareness.
All energetic experiences that one appears,
Perceives and has are only for a moment,
For they all will return to eternal consciousness.
Without a you of identity there is no suffering,
No fear,
No doubts as one is spacious being.
As a you there is an identity,
A person,
An individual with limitations,
Narratives,
Beliefs,
Attachments,
Expectations,
Suffering,
Emotions and fantasies.
The most direct method to remain meditatively conscious,
And this is not a technique,
Is to meditate many times each day for short periods until one's conscious awareness becomes automatic.
There is a greater presence within all and this presence transcends conceptual thinking,
Sensations,
Desires,
Fears,
Doubts and one's identity.
This timeless presence is one's true nature.
Love in action is the greatest attribute of pure awareness.
If one wants to see the world in its conscious light then one must become that light as the world is a reflection of one's conscious or unconscious heart presence.
There is no better time or state of mind to start one's journey for all is achievable,
All is recognizable now.
At the time of one's last physical breath one remains eternally the heart of pure awareness and eternal freedom.
Do not bring the slightest trace of a you or your life into one's meditations.
Arrive empty.
