Good course - it's helped me to take a gentle look at those behaviors that do not serve me (and in fact cause me so much pain!), how to recognize and move beyond them.

I love all of Yvette's meditations and Livestreams on Insight Timer, and her approach is different from many other instructors here, which keeps me coming back again and again. Her meditations are based in evidence-backed research without being dry or boring or "u meditative," for lack of a better word. Highly recommend this course!

Yvette has a wonderful tempo & tone of voice. Easy to follow and comprehend, maintaining my focus throughout each session. Being neurodiverse, procrastination is a constant struggle between multiple parallel thought streams, alternatives, desires, and TTD. I've utilized a variety of Daily Planners & refocusing - coping skills tools. Circling around to my "consistency of mindfulness" being the key for positive productivity. Then again, hey! did you see that squirrel?
