This course gently guides you through understanding and healing the fawn response, the survival pattern of people-pleasing, appeasing, and saying “yes” when you mean “no.” Together, we’ll explore the roots of fawning in childhood, culture, and ancestral history, and learn how it shows up in the body through posture, breath, and subtle tension. You’ll be introduced to somatic movements that help you take up space and expand your energy and practical tips to reclaim your boundaries and voice.
