Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy For Life (Part 2)

With Wei Wang

Hi, my dear mindfulness friends, happy to be with you on this journey. The course is the second part of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Life - MBCT-L, teaching basic mindfulness skills and cognitive techniques. The 8-session MBCT-L program was developed in the light of research at the University of Oxford and other leading research centres. It teaches another way of living that responds to challenges with kindness and curiosity. And it also guides you in how to savour each moment and send generosity to others.

In this session, we will learn how to mindfully recognise our habitual reactivities with attitudes of non-judging and compassion.

In this session, we will learn how to allow and let things be as they are. This is not passivity, it helps us be more compassionate to our suffering and be more creative to solve our problems.
