Meet your Teacher

Teresa McLean is a massage therapist and healer with over 25 years of experience supporting sensitive nervous systems through touch, presence, and embodied awareness. A late-diagnosed autistic woman, Teresa has lived with the reality of masking throughout her life and now shares accessible, compassionate practices for unmasking and reconnecting with the body. She has studied Polyvagal theory through the Polyvagal Institute and integrates this science of safety with her own lifelong healing journey and professional practice. Teresa’s work bridges nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and spiritual connection, helping people move from survival into authenticity with gentleness and trust.
