Introduction To Journaling

With Teresa McLean

Journaling can feel intimidating - many of us wonder if we’re doing it “right,” or fear that our private words might be seen. But journaling isn’t about rules; it’s about creating a safe space for your inner world to unfold. In this six-part course, you’ll discover the freedom and healing that journaling can offer. Drawing from over 15 years of personal practice — including the morning pages method from The Artist’s Way — I’ll share how journaling became a trusted companion in my own life. Together, we’ll explore the myths that hold us back, various styles of journaling, and simple prompts to help you start your own practice. You’ll learn that there is no wrong way to journal - only your way. By the end, you’ll have the tools and encouragement to make journaling a lifelong companion for reflection, clarity, and self-connection.
