Notice your shoulders,
And allow them to drop away from your ears,
Softening your belly.
And as your body loosens,
Your nervous system begins to remember.
You are safe.
You are here.
You are held.
Let's take three breaths together.
Inhale,
Softening.
Exhale,
Releasing.
Again,
Breathing in ease,
And breathing out what you no longer need.
One last time,
A gentle breath in,
And a soft breath out.
