This might be the most powerful affirmation meditation that you will ever do.
This meditation can be done in two ways,
Either with your eyes shut using your imagination,
Or if you want an even more powerful experience,
Then listen to this meditation with your eyes open,
Standing in front of a mirror,
Looking at your own reflection.
If you're going to do this meditation with eyes open,
Then please stand in front of a mirror now,
And if you're using your imagination,
Then I invite you to close your eyes now,
And imagine a giant-sized mirror standing directly in front of you.
I'd like you to stand right in front of the mirror,
And look deeply into your own eyes.
All you have to do in this meditation is just keep looking at yourself in the mirror.
No matter what happens,
No matter what you feel,
No matter what comes up for you,
Please try not to turn away from yourself,
From your reflection.
Just let whatever comes,
Come.
Allow yourself to feel anything that comes up for you,
Because you're about to hear the truth of who you are,
And I have a strange suspicion that up until this moment,
You've been oblivious of your truth.
So it's possible that when I tell you these truths about yourself,
You will react in powerful ways.
Some of my statements may cut deep,
Some may bring you to tears,
Some may make you uncomfortable and squirm,
But please,
Whatever comes up for you,
Know it is coming up for a reason.
It's asking to be released,
So allow it to come up and come out.
There's no wrong or right way to feel here,
Just as long as you allow yourself to feel as fully as you can.
Feel all of it,
Bad or good.
Just give yourself permission to be there,
Feeling all of it as you listen to the truth of who you are,
And remember to keep looking at yourself in the mirror.
The question is,
Are you willing to love yourself fully,
Exactly the way you are right now,
Looking at yourself in the mirror,
Facing all parts of you with your eyes open or closed?
Can you choose to love and accept yourself fully,
Because who you are is exactly who the universe intended you to be.
Because if you are exactly who the universe intended you to be,
Then you are already perfect.
That is one of your biggest truths,
A truth that's been living deep inside of you,
Just waiting for you to remember,
Waiting patiently for you to remember who you are.
You can choose today,
During this meditation,
To remember your perfection.
A lifetime of conditioning,
From family,
Education,
Culture,
Religion,
Social media,
It's all disconnected you from the truth of who you are.
The matrix has made you forget your perfection,
So I'm here to tell you the truth,
The truth that lies hidden beneath all programming,
Conditioning and trauma.
You can choose right now to forget what you think you know about yourself.
You can choose right now to surrender all previous learnt thoughts,
Triggers,
Feelings and belief systems and start over with the truth I am about to tell you.
And don't worry,
Because you can always pick up your old beliefs about yourself at the end of this meditation,
If you want to.
But just for now,
Just while you're here with me,
Looking at yourself in the mirror,
I ask you to be willing to forget everything you thought was true about yourself,
So you can reconnect and remember who you really are.
Before we begin,
We're going to take three long,
Deep breaths together.
Inhaling through the nose,
Gathering up all your past beliefs about yourself and exhaling them out of the mouth with a long,
Deep sigh.
Let's begin.
Deep breath in through the nose,
Gathering all previous self-beliefs and a big sigh out,
Letting it all go.
And again,
Deep breath in,
Gathering up all self-criticism and self-judgment and sigh all of it out of your system.
And one more time,
Deep breath in,
Gathering up any nasty things you believe about yourself and just sigh them all away.
And now look deep into your eyes,
Whether the mirror is real or in your imagination.
Take a risk,
Face yourself head-on and know the truth of who you are.
You have everything you need already living inside of you.
You are unlimited and you are worthy.
You are already forgiven for everything bad you think you did.
Serenity and perfect peace are already yours.
They live within you.
You just have to learn how to connect to them.
You are completely whole.
You don't need anyone to fill a void inside of you and you do not have any broken pieces.
You deserve the best and you can accept the best right now,
From this very moment and every day onwards.
The universe will always supply your needs in great abundance,
Even if it takes longer than you'd like.
You radiate success and you will prosper wherever you turn.
Your greater good comes from everywhere and everyone.
Everything is always working out for you.
Everything is coming together exactly as it should.
The pain you go through is vital to your highest good.
There are no wrong or bad emotions.
You are free to feel them all.
All of your light and all of your darkness is supposed to be there.
You are exactly the way you're supposed to be.
You can reimagine and recreate a new perspective of who you are.
You are more powerful than you know.
You are so much more powerful than you know.
You can change the way you think about yourself.
You can change the way you feel about yourself.
You can love and accept yourself unconditionally and by doing so you can open up to all the magic the universe is longing to give you.
The universe is waiting for you to love yourself fully.
That is the key that opens all other doors.
So see yourself now in the mirror.
Look deep in your own eyes and know that you are already perfect and you always will be.
That is the truth of who you are.
And I'm going to give you a moment now to sink in to that truth.
I never used to believe any of the things I just said to you.
In fact I believed the opposite of all of it.
But I found the willingness to change my mind.
I found the willingness to learn new ways,
New thoughts,
New feelings and new beliefs about myself.
I found the willingness to start from scratch and look at myself with new eyes.
I listened to affirmations every day and said them out loud to myself in the mirror every morning.
It took discomfort.
It took tears.
It took time but it ultimately set me free.
And it can set you free too.
You need to know how valuable and worthy you are.
You need to know that you are extraordinary and capable of anything.
I hope this meditation is the beginning of your journey to full self-acceptance and self-love.
Listen to this meditation often.

I suggest you print out the affirmations and leave them by your mirror and every day simply look into your eyes,
Choose three statements to say out loud and repeat them three times each to yourself.
