Welcome to this meditation for calm and peace,
Even if you're struggling with self-doubt.
I'm Saras Nekroce and I'll be your guide today.
For years,
And even still regularly today,
I've faced those moments of questioning myself,
Wondering if I'm good enough or if I'm on the right path.
This meditation is close to my heart because it's about embracing who we are,
Even in our moments of uncertainty,
And finding peace within that space.
So let's meditate.
Go ahead and find a comfortable position,
Whether seated or lying down,
Whatever feels most comfortable for you.
And then gently close your eyes if that feels safe.
And let's begin by bringing our awareness to the senses.
Start by noticing the sounds around you.
Just observing the coming and going of sound,
Without judgment.
And now shift your awareness to your body.
Feel the temperature of the air on your skin,
And notice the clothes touching your body,
And the surface beneath you supporting you.
And now bring your awareness to gravity.
Feel this external force all around you,
Connecting you to the world.
See if you can soften and surrender to this force.
Allow yourself to become heavy,
Grounded,
And supported.
And now bring your attention to your breath.
Inhale through your nose,
Drawing the breath down into your abdomen,
Then into your chest.
And exhale fully,
Releasing tension with each breath.
And now just continue breathing in this way,
With gentle awareness for a few more breaths.
And now let's step into your serene garden,
A sacred space of calmness and peace,
Where you can reconnect with your inner self and find refuge from the doubts that may cloud your mind.
As you enter this tranquil garden,
Imagine yourself surrounded by an energy that gently whispers,
You are enough.
This energy doesn't question or judge.
It simply embraces you as you are.
The flowers and trees here are thriving,
Not because they are perfect,
But because they grow with the confidence of being true to their nature.
Find a comfortable spot in this garden,
Your garden,
Maybe beside a quiet stream or beneath a tree that offers shade and comfort.
As you settle in,
Feel the earth beneath you,
Supporting you,
Reminding you that even in moments of self-doubt,
You are always held by Mother Earth.
Take a deep breath now,
Allowing yourself to release any tension that comes from doubting your worth or your past.
Go of the need to have all the answers or to meet every expectation.
In this moment,
Just release the belief that your worth is tied to your accomplishments or the opinions of others.
Here you are more than your doubts,
More than the voices in your head that question your abilities.
You are a whole person,
Deserving of love and peace,
Just as you are.
Like the plants in this garden,
You are growing in your own unique way.
Even in moments of uncertainty,
Your inner self is guiding you towards a life of balance,
Peace and self-compassion.
Take a moment now to acknowledge the strength it takes to face your self-doubt and the courage it takes to keep moving forward.
As you sit in this peaceful garden,
Surrounded by the quiet assurance of nature,
Let go of any harsh self-criticism.
Your doubts do not define you.
You are enough,
Just as you are in this moment.
Allow yourself to be enveloped in a sense of peace and self-compassion,
Knowing that it's okay to have doubts.
They are simply part of the human experience.
Your worth is not diminished by your uncertainty.
In fact,
It's in these moments that you have the opportunity to connect even more deeply with your true self.
With each breath you take,
Feel yourself becoming more centered,
More balanced and more at peace Release the need to have everything figured out right now and instead,
Focus on what you can do to support yourself with kindness and care.
In the stillness of your serene garden,
Let's take a moment now to set an intention for yourself.
Maybe it's to be kinder to yourself,
To trust your inner wisdom or simply to find moments of peace like this one amidst the doubts.
Whatever your intention,
Let it serve as a soft whisper,
Reminding you that you are enough,
Just as you are.
Embrace the moments of peace that naturally arise when you let go of the need to have all the answers.
And now,
Just feel your entire body in a deep state of relaxation and just enjoy this moment of deep rest and relaxation in your own personal inner sanctuary,
A place where you go to feel safe,
Secure and grounded,
And a deep sense of peace and inner love for yourself and all of life around you.
And now,
Bring your awareness back to your breath and just allow your body to breathe for you,
With no effort whatsoever.
And as we prepare to conclude this meditation,
Take one final deep breath,
Allowing the peace and tranquility of your garden to infuse every cell of your being.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and return to the present moment,
Carrying with you a sense of calmness,
Clarity and the assurance that you are enough,
Right here,
Right now,
Just as you are.
Namaste.
Welcome back.
I hope this meditation gave you a little break and reminded you that self-doubt doesn't define you.
