Welcome to this meditation on releasing comparisons and embracing your unique path.
I'm Sarasinac Roche and I'll be your guide today.
Please find a comfortable position,
Can either be seated or lie down.
And now gently close your eyes if that feels safe.
And now let's bring our awareness to the senses.
Notice the sounds around you,
The sensations on your skin and the support of the surface beneath you.
Feel the force of gravity grounding you,
Connecting you to this world.
And really begin to settle in and relax your body.
Take a few deep breaths,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
And one more time,
A big inhale and exhale.
And now let's take a moment to reflect on your definition of success.
What does success look like to you?
If you run a conscious business,
How do you want to spend your time?
What's your enough?
Really take the time to see this in your mind's eye.
Or maybe you don't see it but you feel it or you hear it.
What's your definition of success?
And now consider the people you often compare yourself to.
What do you know about their definition of success?
What drives them?
Do you think they are clear about their definition of success?
Or maybe they are just blindly following the mainstream idea that more money makes you happier.
Take another deep breath in and as you exhale,
Let go of these comparisons and maybe judgments.
Remember their journey is not yours and your path is unique and valuable.
And now think about the credentials or achievements you've been comparing.
And instead of listing the credentials that you're missing,
I want you to focus on what you bring to the table.
Your story.
Your experiences.
Your uniqueness.
You are worthy and you have value to share with this world.
With each breath you take,
Feel yourself becoming lighter and freer,
Untethered from these constraints of comparison and judgment.
And embrace the unique gifts and talents that make you who you are.
Celebrate the journey that has brought you to this moment.
Understand that being different is a strength and your unique journey is your greatest asset.
Keep breathing.
Let that really sink in.
And now take a moment to set an intention for yourself,
A gentle reminder of the inner strength and resilience that lies within you.
Maybe place your hand on your heart and repeat silently or aloud.
I am enough.
My journey is valuable.
I embrace my unique path.
Let's say that again.

Keep breathing.
Let it sink in.
And now just enjoy this moment of deep rest and relaxation in your own personal inner sanctuary,
A place where you go to be connected with your higher self,
Secure,
Grounded.
You feel a deep sense of peace and inner love and confidence.
And now bring your awareness back to your breath and just allow your body to breathe for you with no effort whatsoever.
And when you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes and return to the present moment,
Sharing with you this deep inner knowing that you are worthy and that there's huge value in your uniqueness.
So stop comparing yourself to others.
