Welcome to this meditation for change makers.

I'm Sarasinac Roche and I'll be your guide today.

Find the comfortable position,

Whether that's seated or lying down.

And now gently close your eyes if that feels safe.

Now let's bring your awareness to the senses.

To really arrive in the present moment.

Start to become aware of sound.

All of the noises around you in the distance.

And just observing now the coming and going of sound.

And now bring awareness to your body.

Just feel the temperature of the air on your skin.

The clothes that are touching your body.

The surface beneath you that's supporting you.

And bring your awareness now to gravity.

The external force all around you connecting you to this world.

Just see if you can soften and surrender to this force.

Allowing yourself to become heavy.

Grounded and supported.

And now bring your awareness to the breath.

Breathing in through the nose down into the abdomen,

Into the chest.

Inhaling to the abdomen,

Into the chest.

Exhaling from the abdomen,

From the chest.

Just continue to breathe this way.

And now let's step into your serene garden.

A sacred space of calmness and peace where you can reconnect with your inner self and find refuge amidst the ebb and flow of life.

The vibrant colors of the flowers,

The gentle rustle of the leaves and the soothing sounds of nature all around you.

Find a comfortable spot to settle down.

Underneath the shade of a majestic tree or besides a gentle stream.

Close your eyes now and take a deep breath allowing yourself to sink into a state of relaxation and stillness.

In this moment you are free from the pressures of the outside world.

You are simply present.

Take a deep breath and release any tension or resistance you may be holding on to.

And as you sit in this tranquil garden surrounded by the beauty of nature trust in the wisdom of your own intuition.

Creating change is not easy.

It requires courage,

Resilience and unwavering trust in yourself and your vision.

In this serene sanctuary allow yourself to connect with the deep reservoir of courage that lies within you.

Feel it pulsing through your veins filling you with the strength and determination.

And also embrace the vulnerability of authenticity knowing that it's through sharing your truth that you will inspire others to do the same.

Trust in the path you have chosen knowing that every step you take brings you closer to your purpose and your highest potential.

As you continue on your journey of change-making remember that you are not alone.

The universe is always there to support you guiding you towards the fulfillment of your dreams.

With each breath you take feel the courage and trust growing stronger within you.

Let go of any doubts or fears that may be holding you back and step boldly into the unknown.

For it's in the depths of uncertainty that true transformation occurs and it is through embracing the journey with an open heart and a gentle perseverance that you will realize your greatest impact.

And now bring your awareness to this heart of yours the most powerful energetic center of the body.

See if you can detect the gentle rhythm of the heartbeat connecting to the feeling of the heart because the new business paradigm is all about connecting through the heart.

Whenever your mind gets discouraged come back to the heart.

Connect with others through the heart.

That's how you'll create change.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

And now feel your entire body in a deep state of relaxation.

And just enjoy this moment of deep rest and relaxation in your own personal inner sanctuary.

A place where you go to feel safe,

Secure grounded and a deep sense of peace and inner love for yourself and all of life around you.

And now bring your awareness to your breath and just allow your body to breathe for you with no effort whatsoever.

And when you're ready gently open your eyes and return to the present moment carrying with you a sense of calmness clarity,

Trust and self-assurance that will guide you on your path forward.
