Welcome to this gentle sails meditation.

I'm Ceres Nacroce and I'll be your guide today.

Find a comfortable position.

You can sit up straight but without forcing it or you can also choose to lie down.

Now gently close your eyes if that feels safe.

Begin to take a deep breath in through your nose and let it out through your mouth.

Take another deep breath in and out.

And now follow me in your imagination.

Take your shoes off.

We don't need them for our exploration of your serene garden.

Now step onto the grass.

It's lush green grass.

There's a trail ahead of you and now you're walking on this trail.

Tall trees are shading this trail and you're walking on the green grass trail.

A gentle breeze is blowing.

You might hear some birds in the distance and you're feeling very comfortable and calm as you walk peacefully down this path.

On your left there's a wooden bench under a tree.

It's a signpost for your ideal clients.

Those who are allowed to come visit you in your serene garden.

But for now we keep walking.

There's a light shining in the distance.

It's your serene garden.

As you come closer you also see a gate covered in dark green ivy.

Walking up to the gate you see that your name is part of the iron bars.

A gate with your beautiful name on it.

Next you slip behind it.

You pause and you look around at your serene garden.

Take it all in.

The different colors,

Smells and sounds.

Take a deep breath.

And now let's head to the set of chairs and table under the big oak tree.

You sit down on one of the wooden chairs.

As you sit here take a deep breath and get your body comfortable.

Look around again.

This is your serene garden.

You make the rules.

You feel safe here.

You decide who gets to visit you here.

Look at the other chair facing you now.

This is where you'd invite your ideal client to sit down to have a gentle and humane conversation.

There's no script,

No shoulds.

Just two beautiful human beings who both want the best for each other.

Take a deep breath.

And now you get up again and walk further into the garden.

And there you find a beautiful special place to lie down for a few moments.

The grass is soft and lush.

You look up at the blue sky and a few white clouds that seem to smile at you.

As you lie there you begin to relax and let go.

Letting the ground hold you completely.

Feel as if you are melting into the ground.

As you lie there completely at peace,

Feeling so good,

So relaxed,

You know that you are enough.

Being who you are is enough.

In this place you are so content.

You are worthy.

This is your serene garden.

This is where from now on you will have your gentle sales conversations.

Imagine it and then remember how it feels in your body.

You don't have to do anything here.

No pushing,

No convincing.

You just have to be and hold the space for a conversation where you have something to offer and your client has a need for what you offer.

The goal is not the sale.

The goal is to find out the truth to the question,

Is this offer the right one for the client at this time?

Because you both want the best for each other.

If that means you get to work together and you get compensated for your work,

Amazing.

If that means that what you offer may not be the best solution at this time,

That's okay too.

Take a deep breath.

Trust that the right people will show up in your serene garden.

After a while you feel that it's time to leave knowing that next time you'll invite your ideal client right here to this serene garden.

So you get up and begin to walk back out the way you came,

Down the path,

Through your beautiful garden and to the gate.

Pausing,

You look back at your garden,

At the two chairs.

Breathing in and breathing out,

You walk through the gate and return your attention back to the present moment whenever you're ready.
