It might become more clear whatever arises in life,

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions,

Sensations,

Whatever arises.

It is always so beautiful and helpful to take this brief moment of stillness,

In which no thought is emphasized.

Just a full stop,

Moment to moment.

Right now,

In this timeless moment as well.
