Another beautiful moment to wake up.
To wake up from thinking.
How would it be for you to wake up from all that seems to be so important?
Wouldn't that be great?
To no longer emphasize thinking so much.
How would that be?
To be more and more at peace.
And less dependent on thinking.
Thoughts arising and you as this human vehicle no longer dependent on any of those.
As if being a witness of it all.
How would that be for you?
Enjoying sounds.
Enjoying depression.
Enjoying whatever arises.
And of course not always capable of being the witness only.
From time to time you might still be totally identified as being this person,
But then once more,
Because of practicing,
Because of practicing these short moments of pure awareness,
There's this spaciousness.
Feelings still arising,
Depression,
Sadness,
Fear.
Very noticeable within the body.
Noticing the feelings,
The sensations.
But in those moments where clarity arises,
Judgment falls away.
No one judging anything,
Just this raw experience of life.
And then a deep breath.
And understanding of life.
A true understanding that all is supposed to be as it is.
It's like this,
As Ajahn Sumedho so beautifully emphasizes.
Again and again.
It's like this.
And since all is as it is,
We might also be able to rest deeply.
Since it's like this.
And this is not a way to ignore or bypass anything.
It's a noticing that life is like this.
And whatever arises.
Sadness,
Pain,
Fear.
Jealousy.
Uncomfortable feelings,
Judgement,
Thoughts.
Whatever it is.
As soon as you notice it's like this,
All that seems to be arising can be brought into the heart,
So to speak,
Into this spacious non-personal awareness.
In that moment a softness arises.
So whatever is going on in your life,
Imagine it to,
From above,
Slowly drop into your heart,
Through your head.
Slowly down into the heart.
And comfortable feelings.
Sadness.
Or even just mundane thoughts.
Just bring it into the heart and notice it's like this.
The heart always welcoming everything,
Not judging.
All is OK there.
And there is locationless.
It's not even there.
It just isn't.
And noticing this is-ness.
This spacious,
Non-personal awareness,
Noticing this moment to moment.
Can truly change one's life.
In a very beautiful way.
You'll notice yourself walking,
Thinking.
Walking in the forest,
For instance.
Thinking a lot.
Worrying maybe.
And suddenly a reminder because of listening today again.
A reminder pops up.
To stop for a short moment.
No judgement.
Take a deep breath.
And there you are.
As yourself beyond the one you think yourself to be.
There you are,
Again and again.
Because of practicing,
These short moments will automatically arise many times a day.
I'm talking to you.
I notice three beautiful rabbits passing by in the forest.
Walking into the field.
May you see the wonder of life,
Moment to moment.
May you rest.
And may you notice that rest is best.
Yes.
I wish you a beautiful,
Beautiful day.
Until we meet again.
Much love.
