Karen ‘K’ nurtures a Caritas spirit through offerings that blend gentle yoga flows, guided meditation, and reflective practices. Her sessions foster inner connection, belonging, and personal growth—creating a sacred space to harmonize mind, body, and spirit, all rooted in loving-kindness and self-care. After experiencing deep personal loss and professional burnout, K turned to yoga, meditation, and nature to restore her spirit. She developed an intentional routine of Caritas practices to nurture self-compassion and process unresolved grief. A longtime yoga practitioner, K is a registered Hatha yoga teacher (RYT 200), and certified in meditation and Yin yoga. Her yoga teacher training was completed in 2022 while living on the island of Kaua‘i, Hawai‘i. She is also a registered nurse with 42 years of experience, holds a doctorate in nursing, and is a published author. As a Caritas Coach trained by the Watson Caring Science Institute, she integrates yoga philosophy, mindful movement, and the wisdom of human caring into each offering.
