Hello my friends.
Today I'm going to guide you in a 10-minute meditation for those of us who are going through some form of a change.
Maybe the change is yet to come or maybe it's happened already.
You just need a specific meditation to guide you through a change.
I'm joining you in this guided meditation.
So start by sitting in a comfortable position.
For me I'll stay seated.
You may choose to lay down.
Either way do what's comfortable for you.
Close those outer eyes when you're ready and join me in this space,
In this stillness,
In the here and now.
Be comfortable allowing yourself to pause for these 10 minutes together.
Know as you come into this space that we are joined together,
Our energies through this virtual world.
Also feel that through the rooting,
Whether your feet are on the ground or you're laying on the ground,
Mother Earth is also sharing her energy with you.
We're rooted together in this spirit together.
Let's first call awareness to our body.
In this physical body you're going to do a very brief scan of your body.
Starting from your toes and your feet,
Scanning each part of your body and moving gently through the body in whatever manner you would like.
As you're moving through your body,
Advancing forward towards the top of your head,
Maybe pause in your heart space.
Take a moment there.
Pausing,
Looking around in this heart space,
Remembering this heart is the focus of your spirit.
This heart is your inner energy,
Your life force.
Continue to move now to your shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
Neck and your face,
Softening that face,
Relaxing your eyes and your jaw.
One more full body scan from your toes to your feet and back again.
Now let's bring our awareness back to that beautiful heart,
That heart space,
The source of your power.
Remember that you are powerful as you face whatever change is coming your way or you're into right now.
You have a powerful life force that arises from your heart space.
As you come into your breathing here,
Inhaling from the back of your heart,
Exhaling through the front of your heart,
Feel the glowing from this heart,
This heart space,
Your life force energy.
Feel that glow.
Maybe your body is releasing a little bit more in the chair or on the ground as you're letting go and embracing this stillness.
So as you call upon whatever change,
Whatever that is,
Is it coming in it now?
How does this change?
How does this make you feel?
Put those words to what you're feeling.
What are those emotions that are arising?
The feelings that you feel due to this change.
Whatever pops in your mind,
Welcome that.
Embrace that.
There's no right or wrong here.
You're just calling those feelings,
Those emotions.
You're calling them forward.
As you're bringing awareness to these feelings and emotions,
Ask yourself now,
Is there any part of my body that manifests these feelings?
Is there any part of my body where I'm feeling tense,
Stressed?
Maybe you can direct this loving energy within your heart that you're feeling as you're rooted in the ground and this positive energy that we're sharing together.
Can you direct this loving energy,
This loving kindness,
Your life force,
Can you direct it to that part of your body that needs it?
Can you visualize it moving to that part of your body?
What does it feel like now?
Is there any change?
Now I'll ask the question,
What does your heart need as you're in this heart space now?
Can you ask what your heart needs?
What would it feel like if you gave your heart what it needs?
Are there obstacles in your way?
Are you able to remove those obstacles as you're inhaling and exhaling within that beautiful heart space?
Your life force energy.
Inhale love and loving kindness.
Exhale what you need to release.
Inhaling love and kindness.
Watch what you exhale as being released.
I invite you to take this power,
This energy,
This love,
Call upon all of this as you face that change.
Know you are not alone.
You have all this energy and love as your shield,
As your armor,
As you face this change.
As we conclude this meditation,
I ask you to call upon one intention.
Complete the sentence,
I am whatever intention pops into your mind.
I am strong.
I am peace.
I am good enough.
Empower.
Hold that intention in your heart.
Maybe placing your hand on your heart and repeating it one last time.
When you're ready to leave this moment in time,
You begin to flicker your eyes open.
If you want to stay in this current state for a little longer,
I welcome you to do that.

Let's flicker our eyes open.
