Hello friends.
This is a brief guided meditation to be used at any point in your day when you need to stop and pause and begin to shift yourself away from your headspace and into your heart space.
When you open your heart space,
You're accessing your inner wisdom,
Your inner strength.
So as we pause,
Your eyes can remain open or closed.
Either is fine.
Just release any tension in your eyes and allow a softness to emerge.
Be in a position of comfort for this pause.
Maybe it's sitting down or standing,
Laying down,
Or maybe taking a walk.
Whatever your position of comfort is,
Bring attention to your breath.
And when you inhale,
Visualize the breath moving through your lungs,
Into your body,
And towards your heart.
When you exhale,
Visualize the breath leaving your heart space.
Inhale again and your breath pauses at the heart space,
Caressing the heart with a hug before exiting again.
Repeat the cycle,
Inhaling,
Filling your lungs,
Caressing the heart with a hug,
And exhaling.
Maybe taking a deeper inhalation,
Filling those lungs deeply,
And then exiting your body.
You are filling yourself with wisdom and let love and kindness and compassion continue to vibrate within you.
Ready?
Flicker your eyes open if they're closed.
Take one more big cleansing breath.
Inhale,
Then exhale.
Now you're ready to return back to your day.
